I've usually used STP when going into Minneapolis but this time, on the basis of AirNav reviews decided to try KANE. I was not disappointed! Service was excellent. My rental car was brought to the aircraft and I was given help with the baggage. Directions to my destination were given and everyone exuded a helpful attitude. All at prices almost $2.00/gallon less than my usual Minneapolis stop. Guess where I'm going next time?

Hey, what more can you ask? 24 hours service, which is good when picking up pax, cheap avgas, tower, controlled field if you like that, nice staff, no fees, AND free crew car. And I got no dirty look recently when I simply had to NOT buy gas due to weight (crew car not used). Compare to others in the Twin Cities and you'll see this is the place to go.

Flew in last Saturday to give a Birthday Ride. Didn't need fuel but staff was very attentive. We were marshaled to parking and they were ready to provide a plug-in if I had needed it.

I highly recommend Cirrus. Very friendly staff, they even warmed up the crew car for me when I went to lunch, now that's service. Very good price on Jet-A as well.

Outstanding service! Friendly, professional staff. If you are looking for the big, slick, corporate facade, this isn't it. If you're looking for someone who cares about their customer's, this is the place. We'll be back.

I had some questions about ANE before I flew in. Cirrus responded to my emails quickly and gave me accurate information. Once on their ramp, the service was outstanding. I would recommend Cirrus to anyone.

Very Nice folks. $50 ramp fee unless you buy fuel. Fuel Purchase gets you PowerBall Tickets. 1 ticket per 25 gallons purchased. Nice! Response from Randy Cross, Cirrus Flight Operations Ramp Fee is for turbine aircraft only. Ramp fee is waived with fuel purchase.

I called Cirrus Flight Operations today, (10/15/09) to verify the 100 LL SS fuel price. The SS fuel price using a non Phillips 66 Credit card is $3.74/gal, vice $3.54 as indicated on AirNav.Com. Not posted on AirNav is the fact that a 10 Cents/gal charge is applied when using a "bank credit card". That info is stated on the Cirrus Flight Operations website. For winter ops, they do have a heated hangar for $50.00/day. Response from Randy Cross, Cirrus Flight Operations The difference in price between the Blue Club Cards and direct credit card purchases is $0.10/gal.

Flew over to KANE last weekend and overnighted with Cirrus. Both the line guys on the ground and the sweet young lady at the counter were very cheery and accommodating. Definitely a welcoming and friendly place to stop!

I have been into ANE a few times during the month and find Cirrus a good place to stop. They have a nice ramp with plenty of room to maneuver and very friendly staff. They honor the AirBoss card too. The airport is very easy to get into and out with friendly controllers to boot.
