In with our N900NE for 2 days maintenance. Great service for all our needs from entire staff. Rent car for pax delivered planeside, which is really nice. Nice lobby for pax and crew needs. Thanks folks. Well done.

Thanks once again NJC for your exceptional service on our aircraft during our last maintenance visit. It's nice to have a dedicated crew working on my aircraft that doesn't mind coming in early or staying late to get the aircraft flying and keep us in business. Keep up the great work!

Our flight crew showed up at Naples Jet Center at 8am only to find the facility unattended. They did not open at 7am like their website said, or 8am as the time I had in my records, but 9am (which I only found out after calling their after-hours number), which.. Coincidentally, is the time our passengers were supposed to show up to board our aircraft. I understand that sometimes hours or policies change, but it's obviously very important to keep your website up to date. We have always had less than average service at this facility (whether it be difficulty acquiring the supplies necessary to stock our aircraft, such as coffee, newspapers, etc. Or just the attitude of the staff), and after this fiasco, we will be using the Airport Authority exclusively at KAPF.

Very good service and friendly people. It's a smaller facility than across the field, and that means that we receive personal attention and we are not just one of dozens of planes out on the ramp. Thanks Scott, Lindsey and Laura, and all the line crew, mechanics, and avionics support!
