Landed with a flat nosewheel tire with our B36TC. Aviation Center staff (Rob, Mark, and Roy) jumped on the problem immediately and saved our cross-country trip (Montana to Rhode Island). Good folks, fair pricing, and prompt service. Highly recommend. Terry and Ken Dial (Missoula Montana)

Stopped in on a Saturday a couple weeks ago on an overnight trip. Have used the Aviation Center previously and had a good experience, so used them again. After arriving I noticed a slight fuel leak around a filter and their mechanic happened to be working on Saturday morning. He was working on a project, but dropped what he was doing and promptly fixed my fuel problem in about an hour. Excellent work friendly, efficient staff.

This is a small airport and I wasn’t expecting much as far as services. The ramp was small, but I was guided in by line personnel (Citation Encore). All services were available (gpu, single point fuel, good catering, rental car). Everyone I dealt with was very accommodating professional and nice. I would recommend this FBO to anyone. Thank you for Ann Arbor Aviation Center for the wonderful service.

What a great nice group of people. Flew in on September 15 at dusk and they were waiting for me with my rental car; they noticed my tires were low on air and inflated them, pulled my plane into their hangar and gave me directions to my hotel. Upon leaving they called the tower and asked what type of SID I would be getting from Detroit Departure. What a super FBO.

We flew in Sept 10th. Rental was there. We were refueled immediately, given directions and on our way downtown. We have been flying many years and this is the way service used to be. These guys are here to help you and they sure do.

We flew into ARB on 8/14 in our Cardinal & randomly picked Aviation Center. Mark really went above & beyond the call of duty in getting us a rental car & accommodations. It seems there was a plumbers & pipefitters convention in town & these were hard to find. He got us the last car from Hertz & the closest room he could find, 30 mi. North, in Brighton. We may never get back there, but I fully recommend Aviation Center & Mark!

Recently flew from California to Ann Arbor for the first time. Pulled into Aviation Center between storms not knowing what to expect. Received prompt service with a smile and a bottle of water. Stayed for four days and kept the Mooney in the hangar for very reasonable fee. Good stock of aviation supplies and decent fuel prices. No complaints. Recommended.

Flew to KARB for the day and left my Cessna 172R in Mark's good hands. We used the courtesy car for some lunch and while we were gone Aviation Center washed, waxed and detailed my aircraft for a great price. Fuel is AirBoss and they honor the discount. Great operation, great service. We'll be back.

Flew into KARB after 40 hrs of bug killing, including a coast to coast jaunt over the previous 2 weeks. Just hadn't had time to do more than wipe the cowling to get the big chunks off. Aviation Center took pity on me and gave me a FREE wash, a $95 value, including getting all the oil film off the belly, and, I am told, they would have vacuumed the inside too, if I had left it unlocked!! Where do you find people like that? At Aviation Center.

Flew our C90B King Air in on a Sunday morning. They were ready for us. Loaned us a car to visit Zingerman's Deli, and gave us great directions, too. The cookies and cold water for the trip home were a bonus, along with the great hospitality. We'll be back.

I love these guys... Flown in a number of time - football games, drop / pick-up my son... With an advanced call a rental car is ready... Plane fueled and tied down. I look forward to getting back soon.

Can't say enough about the service. I picked up a brand new Cirrus SR22 Turbo in Duluth, and on my flight home had a manifold pressure issue at 17, 000 over Lake Michigan. I picked the nearest Cirrus Service Center and made an expedited descent. Fortunately for me it was Aviation Center. They were amazing. I was in the hangar with the cowling off in less than 10 minutes. 2 hours later they had the problem solved (sensor connection loose) and I was on my way. Thanks for the great service!!

I flew into KARB today and spent the day at Aviation Center while waiting for my passengers. Everyone here is exceptionally friendly. I had the pleasure of hanging out with James. He's a very knowledgeable flight instructor. The facilities are quite accommodating as well. Will definitely be using Aviation Center on my future stops to Ann Arbor!

A flight of two landed at ARB last week and taxied over to Aviation Center. I was in my Seneca II and my friend was in his Cherokee. The service couldn't have been better. The line crew (a young man and woman) were all over everything. They arranged for taxi's to transport the seven hungry pilots into town for an unforgettable eating experience at Zingerman's Deli. The temperatures were in the low 20's and I asked if they could put my plane in a hangar. No problem and no cost. They also gave us a 10 cent a gallon fuel discount. The service was wonderful and I look forward to returning there soon.

I was provided a ride to the game from the airport by one of the instructors. Also, when my preflight revealed a loose inspection plate and lost screw, the manager of the FBO was kind enough to straighten the plate and provide a screw free of charge. This kind of service is not often found these days and was really appreciated.

Flew in twice over Labor Day weekend, picked up and returned a passenger. Greeted by the line guy who was very happy to assist us with fueling. Second day we were greeted by another staff member who was incredibly friendly and helped us to his ABSOLUTE best! Older facility (used for flight training and maintenance), but the staff is top of the line! Will use them again for sure!

I just spent a week in Ann Arbor and left my plane at the Aviation Center. The staff there was very accommodating and put the plane in a hangar for a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend the Aviation Center if you're spending any time in the area.

Flew in for a company teleconference at a nearby hotel. Courtesy car was unavailable at the time so they drove me there themselves! Very courteous staff. I'll stop here again.

It is always a pleasure to fly to Aviation Center. Service is first rate, fuel pricing is favorable and, on a couple of winter occasions, when there was room in the hangar, I found that my plane was warmed indoors at no charge. I would be hard pressed to find better service (and always a GPU start at no charge)

What an accommodating group to deal with. Loaned me office space for 2 hrs to meet with client, loaned vehicle to visit another and even gave me a jump when I forgot to shut off mag switch. Highly recommend using this facility.

Can't say enough good about this place. Overnighted there corporate style last week and got the red carpet treatment by Ross Schmidt of the Aviation Center. They tucked us away neat and warm in the hangar for an early a.M. Departure, and showed up pre-dawn to pull us out in perfect time for our passenger to climb into a nice warm PC12. Certainly will be back to this place. Many thanks to you Ross...You and the boys went above and beyond to help get us on our way after last week's heavy rain.
