Whenever we're in the Chicagoland area we use JA Air Center because of their great customer service, and we definitely needed it this time around. We were on a tight schedule and Hertz did not deliver the car, which is apparently becoming the norm for this particular branch of its company. Hertz was now closed, but this is when Hannah (JA Air Center) jumped into action. She loaned us the crew car, came in the next morning and arranged for another rental with Enterprise, and allowed us to make the exchange when it was convenient with our schedule. What could have been a very stressful situation was averted because of Hannah's willingness to help, and will keep our business for years to come. Thank you JA Air Center!

Wow! Just, Wow! Covered parking (much appreciated as it was pouring rain), huge lounge, readily available crew cars. This time it was just a weather/fuel stop, but in the past they have saved my butt by arranging for hotel and rental car etc while the amazing mechanics got my Archer back in the air.
