Dropped off an Angel Flight passenger (C210). It's not posh, but service was fast and friendly. Computer/Internet worked fine. Bought 20gal. of fuel, just because that's what I try to do when I stop at an FBO, no idea if they waive any ramp fee for Angel Flights if no fuel purchased. Easy in/out with Wheeler-Sack approach got a 15 min. void time clearance immediately before even starting the aircraft.

I flew in today to drop off an Angel Flight passenger. Was told I had to pay a $50.00 ramp fee unless I purchased fuel. I did not need fuel due to weight issues on my next flight but purchased it anyway. Terrible facilities and dirty. I understand that they are in the business to make money but I just donated myself, my plane, and $1,000.00 worth of fuel for this flight.

After reading the past comments concerning ART, I called to be sure they were correct concerning not having access to aircraft after 2000. I spoke to FBO staff who were rather rude stating that the only way to access the aircraft after 2000 was to pay the $100 call out fee. We will be taking our money, passengers and selves elsewhere. Sounds like a good place to avoid unless you really need to land.

FBO was dirty, no computer to use, and bathrooms were typical of a mechanics area, full of grease and dirt. 1970's original paneling on walls. No one met us to park us at all, but they also did not charge us the posted ramp fee for twins.

Don't be late! you have to leave before 8pm, if not, you'll have to give them your firstborn! Even though all they need do is give you the code to get back to your airplane, yet they won’t! I was quoted $100 if I was few minutes late. I have never seen an FBO that wouldn't allow a customer to depart after 8???

Stopped here for fuel and to clear customs on the way to KBED and on my return to CYOO. Fuel prices are average but the computer did not work on my first stop and on my second stop it only had wx. There is no way to file a departure manifest with eAPIS unless you use your own laptop. It would be nice if they had a computer with access to the Internet so you can check wx and file eAPIS.

We stopped May 1st to clear customs and refuel our 182. Very convenient and fast service from Brouty Aircraft Service. We will come back.

Brouty gave us great service on a quick turn while on an Angel Flight mission. There was airport construction adjacent to the intersection of Rwy 25 & 28. We had to taxi back to the approach end of Rwy 25 and exit at taxiway B. Be advised that the taxiway closures were not included in the NOTAMs that we got from DUAT.

Great service! Used Brouty when I visited Fort Drum. They helped me get an Enterprise rental car (have to call Enterprise to have it delivered to the airport.) I had to depart early because of weather at my destination. I arrived before Brouty opened, but someone was there early. He took the time to fuel me up and I was paid and on my way before they even opened for the day.
