Flew my family in for a fun weekend of Razorback baseball in our baron. Summit crew was awesome. Megan set up our rental car and the staff had it ready upon arrival. No ramp fee with fuel top off. Also got to spend some time in the control tower. Summit is great as well as Springdale controllers. We will continue to use KASG as our preferred airport when traveling to NW Arkansas.

Great staff very prompt on getting my passengers on their way. As soon as I walked in for departure they advised me that I had a tail wind and asked if I wanted to be turned around for start. I have never had this question asked before. I will be happy to come back to either of Summits locations. And Baron the airport dog is awesome.

I'm not sure why everyone is complaining about FBO tie down fees, especially if you don't purchase fuel. FBO's must make money or you will not have a computer to plan your trip on. Regardless, we brought the PC-12 in week and a half ago for 4 days and received great service. The entire staff was very personable and professional. Great service with a smile, you can't ask for much more than that. We'll be back.

Unlike last year, they now charge for RON parking. The charges, however, are reasonable and some are waived with a minimal fuel purchase. TRW's with hail were moving through the area and they hangared my Baron within minutes of my call on a Sunday morning. Again, the charge for the hangar was reasonable. One note. They don't waive charges for purchase of self-serve fuel.

Made a quick trip with my daughters on the last day of their Xmas vacation. Summit was very helpful, kind, accommodating, reasonably priced. While I was only there 3-4 hours, there were no ramp fees. I did buy fuel, but also borrowed their van for a quick trip around Fayetteville/Springdale. Highly recommend. 29 knot winds while landing was fun (maybe too fun) as well.

Ridiculous ramp fees. $15/night plus $30 tiedown fee. I arrived after the FBO had closed, so I tied my aircraft down in an out-of-the-way corner of the ramp. 3 nights and 2 days later I arrived at the FBO to depart, and they charged me $60 to simply let my aircraft sit off in the north 40! No one had adjusted the tiedowns or even looked at my aircraft as far as I could tell. I won't be returning to KASG ever again.
