Every time we bring our plane in here we are treated to first class service. The guys at Infinity always go above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. We've been using Infinity since day one and would recommend that anyone going to KASH to use these folks! Keep up the good work guys!

I flew in a few days ago on a tight schedule. I called for a quick turn and sure enough the line staff met me at the plane, topped me off (120+ gal), provided some additional services, and had me in the air again in under 17 minutes. Upon return, I realized that I had left my phone at the previous destination, and Katrina, the receptionist, went out of her way to make arrangements to retrieve the lost phone from the FBO in Pennsylvania. She also followed up with me twice to make sure everything went smoothly. Infinity offers first-rate service, each and every time. I highly recommend them to anyone, pistons and turbines alike!

When shopping FBO's over the phone for a trip to Nashua I called Infinity and was quoted a very reasonable rental car rate for the week. Usually FBO's really hammer people for rental cars but these people gave me a very fair price so I booked it and when we arrived it was waiting, brought up to the plane and totally spoiled my wife for my usual cheap gas stops. Joe and Rob from Infinity helped me tie the plane down in a great spot and everything was perfect. Highly recommend this FBO.

Been to this FBO twice now and it is a first class place with very friendly people. Flew in to Nashua and asked for a taxi but was loaned the courtesy car twice now, cannot ask for more.

I was stranded in Boston Logan airport with a burned out starter. There was no support for a single engine piston aircraft at Logan. I finally found the folks at Infinity Aviation, and they went out of their way to send their top mechanic (Joe Gardner) to travel to Logan and fix this problem. I was watching Joe work. I realized this job is a difficult one in the shop itself, while Joe worked on the hot tarmac of the airport with no support to get the starter in. I was quite amazed at the service, courtesy and professionalism shown by the staff at Infinity. The mechanical work done on the offsite was excellent. I was very impressed and thankful to infinity to get me out a big mess at Logan.

Great service for my PA-28. They answered email promptly, tracked me on FlightAware, and met me with my Enterprise rental car at the flight line when I taxied. I had previously flown to Bedford when visiting the area. What was I thinking?

I am a Cirrus Access pilot for a new Cirrus owner. While managing the client's SR-22, I selected Infinity as our Cirrus Service Center. Infinity puts the service back in Customer Service. Work is prompt, very well done and they bend over backwards to accommodate my schedule. Quite simply - the best.

Just a great place with friendly helpful people all steps of the way from parking to baggage help. Frank is a great line manager and super friendly / helpful about the area & airport. Facility recently renovated and top notch. $10 tie down for my C172 for 2 nights. Just can't do any better than this...

This review is way over do. I've been flying into Nashua for 7 years now as my daughter and son-in-law, along with 2 of my grandchildren live in Hollis. Infinity is a top notch FBO. Yes they have everything you need, but more than that, they are the friendliest people you will ever meet. When my daughter gave birth to her first son, we landed and needed transportation to the hospital ASAP. My wife and I were chauffeured right to the front door of the hospital! They treat you like family here. No doubt they are the choice FBO at KASH. Here's an example of how friendly they really are; one day I flew in wearing a Yankee tee shirt... They were still just as friendly!

Flew in twice this weekend in our King Air...Matt, Nick, Joey, Frank, Lyle, Brad and everyone else provided excellent service both times! They tracked us online, threw the red carpet out when we arrived, helped with bags and did this all with a smile. Couldn't ask for anything better. Next time you're in KASH Infinity Aviation is the only place to go!

Infinity is one of the best FBO's I've ever been to. Upon arriving, without even calling ahead, I was met on the ramp and marshaled in by one of their Line Crew. He introduced himself as Joe and asked what he could do for me. I explained that I was going to get lunch, needed to use the flight simulator (which is located in the infinity building), and needed to be topped off with fuel. He suggested that I take the courtesy car to the restaurant, which I gladly accepted. As I was getting my things together I noticed that after gassing up my plane he pushed it into a more appropriate out-of-the-way spot on the ramp and placed cones around it. It's very clear that Infinity trains their employees to care for their customer's planes as if they were their own. Keep up the good work guys!

A very nice job done by the staff at Infinity. We arrived late in a Lear, but the rental cars were all set, directions were ready, and even though it was cold everyone was happy and ready to serve. Thanks again!

I was diverted to KASH due to weather, and arrived after 7 pm. I then had to stay another night due to bad weather. Infinity went out of their way to help me park my plane (while it was raining), to find a car (they loaned me a crew car), to find a hotel at a reasonable price, to let me "camp" in their spaces waiting for the weather to improve, to get my plane ready for departure, etc. They were very helpful. Infinity is one of the best FBOs that I have been to.

Frank and his team at Infinity Aviation were absolutely STELLAR. I felt like a G550 driver even though I was just flying in with a little Skyhawk for an overnight. I can honestly say its the best FBO service I have _ever_ had and I can't wait to go back.

There's not a single thing I can say about these guys that's not good. They're always there waiting for me, always put my aircraft in a protected, secure spot. Over the past three years, I've become friends with all the guys at Infinity- and there's nothing better than leaving your plane with friends. Thanks for everything, guys.

I come from a big family and so does my wife. We get to ASH several times a year for family stuff from Christenings to Funerals and all things in-between. These folks do a great job, whether you are a regular or just passing through. They have my vote each time.

The Infinity ground crew saw me coming and waved me in. Had me parked and into the building very neatly. Very upbeat personalities too. Had the plane parked and tucked away. Nashua Flight Simulator for IFR training is located in the back of Infinity Aviation Services, and very convenient. I will definitely return!

My husband and I are an aerial survey team and were based out of Nashua this year. My husband picked Nashua because of the great service from the Infinity Aviation FBO, the fuel price is very good and their employees really go the extra mile to accommodate customers. We called ahead to inform them we were coming and when we arrived, they had a rental car pulled right up to the plane. What service!!! All their employees are very helpful, friendly and courteous. We highly recommend Infinity Aviation to anyone who likes top-notch customer service and satisfaction guaranteed! See you again for sure!

Great experience. The line guys were waiting as we pulled up, helped us with our bags and parked the plane. The fuel was reasonable and they waived the overnight charge. Will definitely use Infinity again.

My work friends and I flew into Nashua today for a business meeting. Upon a successful landing (I say successful because the crosswind was something wicked) we taxied to the Infinity ramp where they were waiting outside for us and immediately directed us to parking. Two gentlemen met us at the plane, offered to help with bags, asked about needed transportation, and of course welcomed us with smiles. Coffee, a place to relax and great conversation followed. Having worked the line at an FBO through college I know the business and these guys are fantastic. Everyone was warm, welcoming and friendly. They truly love what they do and it shows. This is the way aviation should be. Great job Infinity Aviation and I will be back.
