Flew into ATW to see family for the weekend and was treated with all the service you'd expect from an FBO. They dropped our hangar fee when we topped off the tanks, and offered to arrange rental cars for us in the future, and had the aircraft prepared, preheated, and ready to go when we arrived to depart. We'll definitely be stopping by again - thanks for great service!

Landed at Appleton, Platinum Flight Center, for a few days at AirVenture. Had an overall good experience. Fueling was un-eventful, and had no delay on departure 4 days later. I would certainly stop there again for next year's AirVenture.

As any new business would, Platinum has had a few hick-ups during their start up, but they have worked hard to get through most issues and seem to be doing a great job now -- much better than their predecessor ever did!

Arrived for Airventure on Tues Jul 26, filled out fuel card as usual; returned on Sat Jul 30th for early AM (7AM) dep as SCHEDULED, two receptionists, NOT busy at all, few departures (maybe one besides us), one receptionist eating, other confused, pants down to her hips, could not find any record of our being refueled! Lineman offered to go out and refuel us, we eagerly accepted. Waited about 30 min, no response as to how refueling was progressing, after several requests as to what the hold up was, lineman called in to say all 4 tanks were already filled! After another20-30 mins of fruitless fooling around to find our fuel voucher, they (the unkempt one) finally said she would take an imprint of my credit card and bill me. I said fine, let us out of here please. Said she needed to take another imprint of my card. I said fine, do it and let us go. Just got an Email with an invoice attached asking for a check! Never, never had a problem when MaxAir was running the show and that was when KATW would be jammed.

On departure I developed an engine problem, a noticeable roughness, and returned to the airport. Platinum's mechanic, Steve, did an outstanding job in identifying the problem, an obstructed injector, and got me on the way. The service started as soon as I shut down and continued until I was on the way again. Thanks for the prompt, thorough & outstanding service. I'll see you again next year at AirVenture.

Arrived late in the day on Angel Flight mission. Staff was helpful, attentive and provided a quick turn. Platinum is Angel Flight friendly. Thank you for the continued support!

I landed at ATW with a bad oil leak, and in the middle of the grand reopening of Platinum. I could have been swept under the rug while all of the cameras and local dignitaries were present. But Mark, Whitney, and Jackie (veterans of the former facility owner) arranged a mechanic, took care of my passengers, and got a rental car so the crew could drive back to home base. All in about 15 minutes. It's amazing what can be done when you give employees the tools to do their jobs and get out of their way! I am a long time user of ATW, and am thrilled to see the GA facelift. I returned two days later to a fixed airplane (and cleaned of all of the oil), and my bill ready to go. All around amazing service.
