We love coming to Austin and Million Air! Mo is a great line boss and always on the spot as soon as we taxi in and shut down. The amenities are fantastic. Fuel is cheaper than either of the other two FBOs under our contract. The crew car is an M3! Win, win and win.

Even though we are not big iron, the line guys and customer service staff took great care of us in our Saratoga, efficiently taking care of fuel and getting us a rental car for our vacation trip stop over. What a fabulous facility, worth a stop just to see it!

The new facility is open! I did not fly in; I walked in. The good: beautiful physical building with all the high-end amenities. Everything is new and impeccable. If you want to impress your passengers, this is the place. Customer service rep. Shaunna Richards is friendly, professional, polite and seemed to be willing to do whatever necessary to make the customer happy. The Bad: I'm a Mooney guy. I did not see any small single engine recip planes on the ramp while I was here. It appears that Million Air is primarily for the high-dollar jets. The ugly: The little guys are going to pay a share of all the jet amenities. The fees quoted to me by Shaunna for a Mooney were (I hope I got this right!): To stop and drop a passenger: $25 + $5 security fee. For one overnight: $40 ramp fee, or 30 gallons + $25 overnight fee + $5 security fee. Shaunna wanted to make me sure that she might offer a deal on some of these fees if pilots worked with her. Ask for her by name.

Top notch, first class FBO and staff. Parking under cover is GREAT and facilities spectacular! Shaunna ensured all support arrangements were made including a much appreciated fuel discount. Oscar met us with the pax rental car, assist with bags and fuel. Amy came out to plane with cold water bottles after we sent pax on their way. You'd think Josh and Oscar were marshalling the Blues -- true professionals in every sense of the word. Thanks, Million Air crew and thanks for the hat. We'll be back!

The only FBO to visit when coming to KAUS! Melissa and Shaunna at the front were by far the most friendly and accommodating staff I have encountered in my career. This FBO is a 10/10 and right off 35R with easy access in and out.
