  I passed through Saker several times last year. Service was spectacular. It is a regular stop for my company King Air. Line service is phenomenal. Very conscientious crew. I am sure I will see them several more times in 2012.

  Very good service from Saker at reasonable prices. Staff helped with overnight accommodations. They got us a nice room at a very good rate with shuttle to and from airport. Will definitely stop here again.

  We arrived in our Twin Comanche a few days ago and filled up with 100LL at Saker. Pretty shocked to get the invoice with approx $24.57 in fees on top of the cost of fuel (this was for 1 night parking). The FBO waived the $7 landing fee and $7 facility fee otherwise the total would have been closer to $39. The FBO says they are forced to charge the ramp/parking fee by the airport.

  I fly into AVP weekly. This past Sunday, I flew in and decided to stay overnight due to the deteriorating weather conditions. Through the night, the heavy rain turned into sleet and freezing rain before ultimately turning to snow. I had to leave early the next morning and was dreading the fact that the aircraft would be covered in ice. To my delight, Saker Aviation had moved my aircraft into the hangar prior to the ice! When I arrived in the morning, I was greeted by a clean and warm aircraft. Outstanding customer service!!! Thank you Saker Aviation!!!

  This was a fuel stop for me on a long cross country from New Bedford to Cleveland. Staff and line crew very efficient and attentive.

  The facility is nice but a little stuffy. I arrived in a small single engine commander and my first impression wasn't to good. When the ramp attendant was walking out he noticed that the plane I was flying was a small single engine and he tossed the red carpet back against the fence, now if I hadn't seen it done I would have never known but when you see the airplane and then decide that it doesn't warrant the red carpet that's a big mistake! So I was somewhat put off from that point on. That being said the fuel was dispatched right away as I was on a fuel stop. So that was good. The customer service rep behind the counter didn't even smile as I came through the door. I know all I was taking was 20-30 gallons but it shouldn't matter if its 30 or 3000 gallons. So I think maybe if I am going through that area again I may try someplace else next time.

  Although the facility is nice, and the line staff was nice, I was not as impressed on our visit with the Office Staff on our way out. It seemed as if any phone calls were way more important than the 3 customers waiting right in front of them to pay for fuel. We were also delayed by the desk staff not relaying that we needed our plane pulled out of the hangar by nearly 30-45min. This is the second time our visit was less than up to par. Hope they can correct this because they do have a very nice facility, and the line staff was very helpful.

  Visited this FBO twice over a weekend in July 2009. Both times, stayed in the facility for an extended period waiting out weather. The facility is very nice and there is plenty of staff. Though the fuel prices are a little steep, the amenities and the helpful staff make this a great FBO.

  Flew into FirstFlight for a LifeLine Pilots handoff. Facilities and staff were fantastic! Provided a discount on fuel since it was a medical charity flight. First time there and will be back in the future.

  Stopped in at First Flight last night - although we didn't buy any fuel, the line staff provided us with some windshield cleaner and paper towels, and the friendly lady at the desk brewed us up a fresh pot of coffee. Very friendly and courteous service - I feel bad for not buying fuel!

  Very professional staff and spotless facility. Great service and friendly folks. We were able to use the courtesy car (van) to take care of business, it was a nice perk. This will be our stop when returning to visit family. Thanks!

  Visited Tech Air on 4-19. Hazleton was NOTAMed closed that morning, and the woman behind the counter at Tech Air was extremely helpful in coordinating transportation for our passengers.
