I attended the Arlington flyin from July 6 -9, 2011. Usually at these events, the self service pumps are closed and the price from the truck is the self service price to prevent many aircraft movements. At this flyin the FBO truck was $1.10 per gallon higher than self service and two of the three taxiways to the pumps were closed. The only access was to taxi for departure and then cross the active runway to get to the pumps. In addition the CAP people who were parking aircraft had not a clue, we had three different cadets motioning us to three different spots. I finally shutdown and told them I did not have a reverse gear.

If you need services and you call the number listed be careful. I called to ask about a rental car. Lady that answered was very helpful and reserved one for me. But it wasn't at AWO! This business is not on the field. Only after a return call to see where they were located did I figure it out. When they said they were at the base of the "Control Tower"
