Stopped on a Friday evening to pick up passengers and found we had a large oil leak and even though it was after 5pm Russ from the Hovey maintenance shop came out and fixed our plane and did a good job this seems to be an excellent maintenance facility with a very good staff that seems happy to see you. These can be hard to find and was very refreshing.

Flew there today. Was really impressed with how clear everything was considering the snow we've had recently. Had to stop and use the bathroom. Guy came out and put chocks on my plane while I used the restroom and then talked to the guy up front. Everyone was really nice. I'll have to remember this as a destination to keep current.

Great little airport, well maintained even in bad weather. Its like going back 30 yrs to the way the airports used to be. Can't say enough about the airport and people.
