Great staff, and wonderful service. No fees for having a C172 parked for a day. And that included putting air in one tire. I got some gas before I left as a token of support. Recommended. I'll be back there.

Didnít see me pull up. Finally found my way in. Guy at counter had tobacco in his mouth with the cup sitting in view. Gross! Very stunned to see me. My Daughter picked me up. Got back an hour later, 3 guys were sitting around. Very unprofessional. Gas was high. Cheaper at self-serve.

Friendly, good service, no charge for a few hours stop in a piston single.
From Bruce Cotton on 16-Jul-2016

Used them to shuttle to the Air Zoo, received excellent service even though I could only take on 11 gallons of fuel. Connie at the counter was exceptionally pleasant to talk to and deal with. Thanks for the care we received.

Ok...I flew back up in a King Air a few days later and the service at Duncan was great, but they still have a $260 Ramp fee unless you buy 200 Gals. We bought what we could (not 200 Gals) and had the fee waived.
From Randy Harmon on 30-May-2016

Flew in and dropped off one passenger last week and we were told we needed to take on 200 Gals to avoid a ramp fee. We normally take on fuel at most stops, but just didn't have that much to take on. So we were charged a $260 ramp fee. Heading back tomorrow to pick up our passenger, will relay that experience and see if there's any change.

On a recent trip to AZO, I had departed Duncan Aviation, prepared to make my journey home. We had great, friendly service from Brian on nights. Shortly after leaving Duncan, the aircraft blew a tire on the TWY. Brian went above and beyond, along with AZO Management in arranging for a tug to get the plane moved and taken to be serviced Brian was also very helpful in directing us to a hotel (that had a great rate), as well as use of a car to pickup some items and dinner for our unexpected overnight. He then took us over to the hotel for the night, and made arrangements for us to be picked up in the morning. The other staff we dealt with at Duncan was also very friendly and helpful. I feel like whether I came in in a Gulfstream, or the Cessna I was in, I would be treated exactly the same. Please visit when you are in KZOO!

I had an unexpected visit to KAZO while on a trip from the U.P. of MI to Augusta GA to visit my dad on life support when I had a serious engine issue. The assistance and service were above and beyond what I have seen at most airports in my 20+ years of GA flying. They truly demonstrate "customer service" in all aspects of their business. Thanks for everything you did for me during a difficult time in my life (my father did pass during the time frame I was dealing with your facility).

This was our first overnight trip with the airplane to visit family. When we landed and arrived at Duncan we were met with the red carpet treatment. The ground crew and counter staff were very helpful throughout the process and made sure all of our needs were met. They even hangared the airplane during some bad weather that came through. We will definitely return to KAZO and Duncan Aviation in the future.
From Chris Houston on 23-Sep-2015

I've been flying in to Duncan-AZO one to three times a year since 2006. It has always been an excellent experience. My lowly Cherokee has even received the red carpet treatment from Duncan, which is the only place that has ever happened. This has always been a very friendly and accommodating group. When we've requested one, the rental car has always been ready and brought directly to the airplane without my asking (I am surprised by the comment from 2014 that this was refused). I can't say enough good things about Duncan-AZO - it's one of those places that I consider one of my homes away from home.
