Great Class D airport. They have a nice restaurant inside Rhoades and the staff is nice. I stopped just to get fuel but ended up staying the night. One of the cleanest towns I have ever been to.

Stopped here on Labor Day during a x-country flight. Worked out well, the restaurant is open 7 days a week, has a good selection, fast, looks out on the ramp. Placed the fuel order on arrival and were promptly serviced. Terminal is modern & clean, and the local folks come out to watch the airplanes.

Perfect refuel en route stop. Had to sit out some seriously gusty winds after seeing a groundspeed of 40knots with my Skipper. Nice folks, great restaurant, comfy pilot lounge. Definitely checkout the air museum 60secs away...Small, free, and a wonderful display of WW2 stuff and history of the field during wartime. I'm happy I checked it out.

Stopped here for fuel and lunch on the way back home from Oshkosh. Real nice restaurant directly on the field that is open until 2pm. Hanger 5 is the name and the place was packed.... Very good selection and the waiter said they might stay open longer shortly...So you may want to call for the latest operating hours. Runways on long and wide...Easy for IFR approaches which we have used on the last 2 trips.

Great help had a wonderful place to eat and a pilot area that was neat, clean and cordial folks! Had to stop and get out of the weather, good decision all the way around!

My wife and I stopped at BAK to visit the city of Columbus. Received excellent service at Rhoades. We found the people to be friendly & courteous. Rented a National rental car through them. We didn't get a chance to use the restaurant but it was highly recommended. The rest of the facility was clean and modern. We'll definitely be back.

Stopped into BAK with cargo. They got us off loaded very fast and did a good job with the forklift. If you have to over night here we stayed at the Sleep in off highway 65 and 46. Nice hotel and a crew rate of $65 a night. New hotel and very nice! We used City cab to get to the hotel.

Stopped here for fuel and had a nice lunch at Hanger 5. Restaurant is directly in the terminal building and is very large inside with windows that look out onto the ramp. Great place to stop, get fuel and some good food. Will stop here again. Open 7-7pm on weekends and 7-2pm during the week.
