Fantastic FBO with a professional and courteous staff! Line service was waiting to park us upon arrival and helped load bags into our rental cars (which were waiting on the tarmac). Our departure was scheduled for after the FBO closed but they offered to let us stay and "lock the door behind us." Everyone was very friendly and had everything taken care of for us prior to arrival. Great job guys!

First time into Bend, nice airport and FBO, however was disappointed with the line crew. After taxiing into the ramp area in front of the FBO it took multiple calls to get a response from Professional Air regarding overnight parking. No line crew to help with parking, tie down, or to unload. I could understand this if they were busy but the quick turn around ramp was empty. As we walked to the FBO I noticed the line crew (3) shooting the breeze. The gal at the front desk was courtesy, helpful and had our rental car paperwork ready. The line crew missed the mark on this one.

Pro-Air's facility is really nice and their staff are helpful and courteous. I fly in about 1x per month, and sometimes borrow a car, which is almost always available. They are also an FBO that gives a nice break on self-serve gas, which is significantly cheaper that the truck, and actually motivates a person to pump their own. I'd highly recommend this FBO for anyone from ultralights to jets.

The people at the aptly-named Professional Air FBO were GREAT! I needed a couple of charts, and when one (IFR Area Chart) wasn't available, one of the pilots photocopied a piece of his chart for me. The self-serve fuel pump was not generating receipts, so someone wrote me one inside. I also had a window latch depart the aircraft sometime on my landing roll. Cherie gave me a ride down the taxiway on the tug and also radioed to a helicopter to check the runway. The heli folks found it, the shop manager reinstalled it. Cherie and everyone at Professional Air: THANK YOU and GREAT work! I'm a very happy customer. I'll be back.

Professional is a great FBO. First rate facility and friendly folks. Restaurant is second floor of their building and is very nice. We wanted to take a tour of the Columbia/Cessna facility on the other side of the field and they were happy to drive us over and back.

I went to Professional Air this weekend for the first time, in a Citation. The facility is great - hangars available, nice pilot lounge and passenger waiting area. The line service is well trained and can do lav services and de-icing as well as all the normal services. To top it off, the people running the place are very friendly and knowledgeable. This is the best FBO in the region - I've been to them all.

Nice people, solid service. They didn't have a crew car, so they gave me a 4-hour rate on a rental car. Very nice, well-equipped facility.

August 17, 2007. 1965 Cherokee 180C. Spent one night. Bought a little self serve fuel. No fees. They had the Northern California approach plates I left at home. Someone pointed to the transient parking, which was fine near the fuel even.

They continue to do a good job. All the staff we've run into is helpful. Now they even waive the overnight fee with fuel purchase. Keep up the good work.

Very good service and a nice facility for pilots. Reasonably priced Jet A. For food, take a crew car as the upstairs Restaurant features "Healthy" food. It wasn't to my liking.

This is one of the nicest FBOs I have the pleasure of visiting. I flew the company's Caravan in and was met on the ramp with the rental car. Great friendly service. Good restaurant on premises and good pilot lounge. They really live up to their name, "Professional Air".

Landed at Bend June 25 in our C182. The staff at Professional Air was very nice, had our rental car ready to go. They waived the overnight fee with fuel purchase. Fair warning, however, the tie down chains provided by the city of Bend, not the FBO, are despicable. The chains were either too short or missing or jammed tight and unusable.

My wife and I spent the weekend of 9/2/06 at Bend, and used Professional Air. One of the best FBO experiences we've ever had. The line staff drove our rental car out to the aircraft, unloaded and loaded our bags, and were very helpful. The front desk staff gave us free bottled water. Fuel prices were also the lowest I've seen in a long time. I will definitely use Professional Air again.

Overnighter in Bend on 8-12 for business. They had run out of the self-serve 100LL, so gave me full-service at SS price. Also, got me a rental car and directions. Good experience and well managed. However, felt they were slightly understaffed. Lots of customers waiting around and only one person manning the front desk. A little chaotic at times.

Much improved service. For the first time in 5yrs of flying into Bend, my Cherokee was actually met on the ramp by a person who asked what I needed and if they could help me carry bags in. My kid also loved the popsicles the desk staff offered up on a very hot day.

I called to check hours of operation and fuel prices - They are now called Professional Air - I assume this name change reflects new ownership. Fuel Prices have gone up.
