Prompt service, polite and helpful staff. We stopped both ways on our roundtrip from Terre Haute, Indiana to Portland, Maine. Restaurant closed Sunday.
I diverted to Bradford due to high winds and icing further along my route. The 6,000 X 150 ft. Runway with an ILS was very appealing. The FBO handled me well, and directed me to Heritage Suites, a local all-suite hotel. The owner, Joe Auteri, picked me up and delivered me in the morning. He also picked up another diverting pilot right after he got me there, and then went beyond the call of duty to pick up a couple who were stranded because his hotel wouldn't accept dogs. He picked them up and took them to the Best Western, and offered to drive them back in the morning. Outstanding!
