I had a meeting Downtown Seattle and decided to try Boeing Field. After reading the comments I called AeroFlight to arrange parking and a rental car. Most pleasant on the phone and a confirming email was sent. But was most amazing was the call I received two days later. They noticed I was planning on arriving during an airshow by the Blue Angels and there was going to be a TFR covering Boeing field. I always check for TFR's, but this was just flat out tremendous customer service. The car was ready, plane was parked and fueled when asked for. Great experience from a great company. Will certainly go back again.

I was in Seattle for an extended weekend. It was my first trip to KBFI (great for city access, by the way) and AeroFlight was recommended to me. I confirmed on AirNav. And now I have confirmed in person. The staff took good care of us on site and over the phone, and had the right balance of professionalism and casual. I have been to fancier FBO's, but always felt I was paying for fluff I did not need. I think AeroFlight gave a fair deal on cost without feeling like anything was missing. The facility was modern, clean, well equipped and comfortable. A warning for pilots coming soon, things are a little confusing due to the taxiway construction right in their ramp space. It will seem you are parking in the wrong ramp space, but they have everything from their hangar on south.

Top notch service from AeroFlight. The CSRs and line staff are some of the best in the business. They were able to find me a great hotel for a discounted price, always had my plane serviced when requested, and always had a crew car for my use. I would recommend AeroFlight to anyone and plan to return in the future!

Flew to BFI today to visit the Museum of Flight in a C172, parking was easy, they loaned me their Cadillac for a couple of hours and had the plane fueled and ready to go when I got back. Very friendly, treated me well.

OK, I did a stupid thing and pulled my airplane out of the Hangar to access something in the back of the hangar. Oh did I mention Seattle just had a snow / ice storm. I was alone, it was dark and yes you guessed it, I couldn't push the airplane back (slipping a sliding) I only had a hand held tow bar. I walked around the ramp – no one in sight. What crazy would be out on an evening like this? Wondering who could help, AeroFlight came to mind. I sheepishly called the front desk explained my plight and wondered if the fuel truck was out somewhere on the field, maybe they could help. The person at the front desk checked and then told me someone would be over in 5 to 10 minutes. Sure enough Zack and Tyler arrived in the fuel truck and helped me push the plane back into the hangar. This doesn't sound like much, but on a cold and icy evening, they were "Superheroes"!! Service with a smile.

I have used AeroFlight in the past and have always been satisfied. On my most recent trip, I had an all-day layover. They had my passenger's rental car waiting on the ramp, and a courtesy car ready for me. Everyone on staff was friendly, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable during my stay. When I had a small fuel snafu, and MX problem, AeroFlight's true colors really shone! Everyone from linemen to maintenance to the front desk made sure my passengers were comfortable, and Greg (MX) really went above and beyond, making sure I was legal for dispatch. I will never use another FBO when flying in to Boeing Field!

When I come to BFI and need a place to park a 172 for the day, or pick up & drop off passengers, I always come to AeroFlight. No ramp or tie-down fees, great friendly customer service, and clean facilities. Highly recommended!

This FBO has the best prices on the field for fuel, oxy, and hangar! Adam (line manager), Catherine, Jenni, and Rich (A&P and maybe an IA) were great! Rent a car was one of the nicest and cleanest cars we've ever rented! Trust me, you want to use these guys when at Boeing Field! They may not have the big name but our experience was one of the best ever! Thank you!

We fly (BE9L) into BFI occasionaly, and the line and office staff have always been very helpful, whether we're buying fuel or not. CSR even had a Sudafed for a passenger with a sinus headache...no charge! Great company, great people.

Had to move our operation to Boeing Field for two weeks in the busiest time of the year. Boby, line manager moved mountains for us to help our 9 airplane operation. Everyone from the front desk, to the flight line employees to the management welcomed us. Thank you Aeroflight.

An excellent experience with Aeroflight! Pulled up in a Seneca V and was treated professionally and courteously. The rental car was standing by...Right next to where the lineman had us park the aircraft. No hassle check-in, no-hassle fuel order, and straightforward, honest pricing. When it was time to depart, they re-positioned the aircraft so it was facing the correct way (and easier to depart the ramp). Controllers were accommodating to a first-timer at KBFI, both on the ground and in-the-air. We'll be back next time we're in Seattle!

I can't say I was too impressed. I had called ahead to let them know we were coming. When pulling onto their ramp, no linemen were to be found and there was no answer on 121.95. We parked our plane (a 172) in an empty spot and after we got her tied down, a line guy showed up to tell us we couldn't park in that spot. We moved the plane to another spot, which he said would be ok. I assume that wasn't the case because the plane had been moved by the time we returned two days later. Also, we had asked for the plane to be fueled when we arrived but it had not been done when we were ready to depart. Their operation is not what I would expect at a busy field like Boeing. Response from AeroFlight Management Dear Mr. Boerner, We're so sorry your experience with us was less than pleasing. Let us start by saying, AeroFlight's frequency is 131.75. It is our understanding that your plane arrived later than your pre-scheduled time. Had you communicated with us via our AIRINC frequency we would have had a Line Service person outside to assist you. Immediately after learning about your non-completed fuel request for 7 gallons of 100LL per side, which may have been a miscommunication on our part, our CSR granted .23¢ off our posted retail price and comp'd your two day tie-down in an effort to make up for your troubles. The white portion of your AeroFlight receipt will reflect this. Again, we're sorry you were disappointed in our service. We strive to make sure our customers are happy and we hope to serve you again on your next trip to Seattle! Sincerely, AeroFlight Management

I called AEROFLIGHT on Sunday morning August 23rd 2009 and spoke with a very cheerful helpful young lady, Shelia. I was going to need some fuel and a rental car. When I arrived later in the afternoon my car was ready, contract was ready and I was in and out in no time at all. When I returned the car on Thursday morning I was just as pleased with the service. This is a great place with great people and great service.

Pulled up to AeroFlight in my single engine piston and was meet by 2 linemen who directed me to parking directly in front of the hangar. They pulled my rental car up to the plane and loaded my luggage in. I had called in advance, so the car rental agreement was completed and I was on my way 5 minutes after landing. When I returned, they had pulled my plane back up to the door and topped the tanks as requested. Service doesn't get any better than this!

Parked with Aero Flight overnight on 8/21/09 and received top-notch service. One call to Jenny confirmed a rental car would be ready and waiting with just a few hours notice. Red carpet was eagerly extended and the crew treated our Mooney and us like long time friends. Highly recommended!

Could not have picked a better FBO. The staff was terrific. Tug towed me from Customs to parking and helped jump start my 182 the next morning (no charge). Fuel price was the best and they had a rental car ready in 15 minutes with no prior notice. GREAT JOB GUYS.
