We couldn't get into our non-approach airport so we stopped in at Aeroflight to wait it out. They were so accommodating they offered to let us use the car over night! We ended up hanging out in the lounge, comfortably stocked with food and beverages, and waited there for about 5 hours before the weather improved. They were so supportive in helping us out! BFI has a lot of big engines and big money, and although Clay Lacy and Galvin have always been nice to me there is something about Aeroflight that makes you think you're home and the coffee is always on. We were met on the ramp with a Cadillac crew car. All this for no charge, and we are flying RV6 and RV7, wow. The best FBO around. Came in with a Citation Excel and a plane load of people and were treated with hospitality and service we have not seen in a long time. When the boss tells you they are impressed..You know the service is great. We were met on the ramp by Bob, the line manager, who went out of his way to provide not only are pax great service, but the pilots too. A great price on fuel went from a sale of 500 gals. To a top off of 800. A crew car was offered (a Cadillac no less) and we were on our way. This kind of service is hard to find, but boy did we find it. We will always stop here and will tell everyone about it. Our home base has a 135 operation and they too will know that this is a must stop. I didn't need gas and they still provided me with parking at no charge plus let me use their crew car to pick up my relatives. AAAAAA+ You can believe that the next time I fly into BFI, or need fuel in the area it will be AeroFlight that gets my business. They were the most courteous FBO I've dealt with in years. I'd called ahead since we hadn't been at BFI overnight for a while and talked to Shayla. Very helpful. She had the line crew ready on time for our arrival in our 182RG. Had the cab there right away, too. On leaving (pouring rain) the guys pulled the plane over to the FBO and loaded our bags into the a/c and provided umbrellas as well as coffee. Great service and good fuel prices too. The best place at BFI!!   From A. I called a half-hour out on return, and they dug out the plane and had it waiting on the ramp. The fuel price was even less than the guaranteed price! The location is very good away from much of the frantic bizjet and freighter traffic. Shaela, the CSR gal, is great. Bobby and his line crew always meet the plane and really treat us great. Sheala and Jennie go out of their way to make every one feel welcome. They usually have hot fresh cookies when we come in. Rental cars are always on line for the crew and passengers. The crew lounge is stocked with refreshments and best of all the fuel prices are the best on the field. We fly a Citation Encore and are not tempted to go anywhere else at Boeing Field although there are some other good FBO's. I'd highly recommend Aeroflight. I've noticed more and more business jets are discovering Aeroflight. Most are repeat customers.
