Great folks with awesome pricing and awesome customer service. So much that we are buying our fuel (despite the fact that we are based in RNT) from them..

Flew in about a month ago in a Bonanza A36. Couldn't say enough good things about Clay Lacy. We use Clay Lacy all the time for my corporate clients in the larger birds (they are CAA), but because of their good track record I flew myself in there for a day trip. I was concerned about frost and they said they would put my A36 in the hangar if the temp fell below freezing. Well I came back a few hours later, and my plane was in the hangar warming up and they didn't charge me to use the hangar! They saved me having to spend $250 to deice the plane! They really look out for you here - and that's a perfect definition of service in this industry.

I called Clay Lacy before flying up to ask about parking fees. I was told that they charge a handling fee, but no parking fees, and that the handling fee is waived with 10 gallon purchase. Upon checkout, I found that I had been charged $24 per night, with several nights waived for the fuel purchase. Apparently the handling fee is charged daily. When I commented to the service rep, he said the person on the phone had it wrong. Also be aware their parking does not have tie downs (which I was informed about). When I arrived the lineman was also more interested in eating lunch than helping us. The facilities are nice and the cab they called us arrived quickly. Also be sure to check the AirBoss price, they charged me a bit more per gallon than on the site. With two other FBOs on the field, I will likely try one of them on my next visit.

Never been to KBFI before. Taxied to Lacy ramp area. Before I could get out of the plane, my rental/crew car was driven up next to my plane. Great service for a single engine prop plane. The ramp crew was very helpful during the ramp construction project, next to and partially obstructing the taxiway access to the runways. Cost of auto rental was quite reasonable and the staff was helpful over the phone, when making reservations.

Tried to charge me $25 just to pick up a passenger - and I am a long time customer and account holder. Go somewhere else.

From Ted Louis Glenn on 24-Jun-2011

Good experience. Crew car was available for me for up to two hours to drop off a passenger north of downtown Seattle. No charges other than what I paid for fuel. Note that the courtesy shuttle is available only if a line worker isn't too busy and they have to keep at least two line workers on site at all times.

Again this year, we base our fleet of small aircraft at Clay Lacy and receive STELLAR service from the desk and the line. Maintenance has been fantastic, squeezing in our piston birds while they are normally a turbine shop. (Of course I'll be forced to take back all this praise if I receive a "junk" phone call from them. LOL)

From Kenneth Adelman on 12-May-2011

Clay Lacy (at BFI) made an unsolicited "junk" call to me asking if my plane was for sale. We're on the Federal Do Not Call list; apparently they do not respect it. I have no prior business relationship with them and have no idea how they got my phone number, but please do not do business with them.

From Roger Coon on 04-May-2011

We fly regularly into BFI and have used Clay Lacy exclusively. They have an outstanding staff, and world class service. Brad and his folks are without a doubt some of the best in the business.

From Kent Magnuson on 19-Sep-2010

In/out recently several times with our Turbo Commander N900NE and had 'best of' service. Nice lobby for pax/crew. Everything just right. Thanks folks. Well done.

From W. Jared on 02-Aug-2010

The usual here. Great service & friendly folks! Thank CLA!

From Shari Meyer on 11-Jun-2010

We received outstanding service by Clay Lacy while in Seattle. Our rental car was on the ramp as we taxied up and the line personnel were prompt and friendly. The ladies inside at the desk went above and beyond in the treatment of us. I believe they mixed me up with someone else and thought I was a VIP!!! All FBO's should strive to be like Clay Lacy. Oh, if you are lucky you might even score a couple of tickets to the Museum of Flight on the other side of the field! Thanks, Clay Lacy, for making our stay even more enjoyable :)

From Adam Stites on 24-Mar-2010

Myself and two other colleagues flew up from Portland for a meeting in Seattle. We called Clay Lacy on UNICOM when we were 20 minutes out to confirm our rental car. They asked if they could provide anything else upon landing. As soon as the prop stopped spinning the rental car pulled up to the plane. We were on I-5 minutes later. Clay Lacy made it quick and easy.

From Brett Hopper on 26-Sep-2009

Clay Lacy is my preferred stop when I visit BFI. I just parked a Cessna 421 on the ramp overnight and then did 2 flights in and out the following day. Staff was friendly and had both rental cars waiting. Fueling was done properly and with a reasonable price. During our quick turn. Line service got us fueled up quick and even asked about positioning due to wind. I will be back.

From Bryan Porter on 02-Aug-2009

Our company aircraft base at Clay Lacy whenever working in Seattle. Great facility and they treat our fleet of 172s like a fleet of G5s. - Bryan Porter, Chief Pilot, Desert Wind Air Service

From W. Jared on 31-Mar-2009

C.L.A. is our "regular" FBO when we're @ BFI but as a relief crew last week for a flight inbound to PANC, we were left stranded (like thousands of others) last week due to the volcano. We diverted our aircraft direct to BFI instead of PANC & I gotta say, C.L.A. REALLY stepped up to the plate! They picked us at @ SEATAC, drove us to BFI, had our rental car & hotel ready when we got there & even threw in some Museum of Flight passes. Next day's departure service was great as well. Thank you!
