Clay Lacy is my preferred stop when I visit BFI. I just parked a Cessna 421 on the ramp overnight and then did 2 flights in and out the following day. Staff was friendly and had both rental cars waiting. Fueling was done properly and with a reasonable price. During our quick turn. Line service got us fueled up quick and even asked about positioning due to wind. I will be back.

Our company aircraft base at Clay Lacy whenever working in Seattle. Great facility and they treat our fleet of 172s like a fleet of G5s. - Bryan Porter, Chief Pilot, Desert Wind Air Service

C.L.A. is our "regular" FBO when we're @ BFI but as a relief crew last week for a flight inbound to PANC, we were left stranded (like thousands of others) last week due to the volcano. We diverted our aircraft direct to BFI instead of PANC & I gotta say, C.L.A. REALLY stepped up to the plate! They picked us at @ SEATAC, drove us to BFI, had our rental car & hotel ready when we got there & even threw in some Museum of Flight passes. Next day's departure service was great as well. Thank you!

Clay Lacy is offering $1.00 off on 100LL during weekends from 8-noon for the remainder of August. On 8/3/08 the price was 5.43- best deal around and a benefit to GA at BFI. Hopefully they'll see enough new customers to continue the discount. Friendly people, excellent facility.

My wife and I visited Seattle last week and we parked our CJ at Clay Lacy for a night. It was a Sunday and the ramp was busy! Now, I am by no means a "big jet" but that did not matter. The guys on the ramp were there to greet us and were very nice and serviced our plane quickly. It was an overall great experience even if they were clearly up to their eyeballs with airplanes. Thanks for listening.

Well, I visited Clay Lacy on 9-9-07, and it was by far the worst experience I've had at an FBO. There were aircraft all over and no one was around to direct us to parking. So, I just did the best I could and shut down. The next problem came with the rental car... We were given three different cars. Each car they gave us belong to a different tail number. There wasn't anyone to help us move our luggage and furthermore there were no apologies for the fiasco. We arrived at 1100L and asked to be topped off for our departure at 1800L. Well guess what... We arrived to find our tanks still empty! Go to ANY other place on the filed. The only good thing about Clay Lacy is they had a cute front desk girl. But, then again they all do.

Woefully understaffed. Arrived at 9:30am this Sunday morning. No one to guide us in among the chock-a-block planes on the ramp (much less chock us, help with our bags, etc.), making the self-parking experience dangerously harrowing. A solo staffer behind the front desk, who was over-burdened. When we finally got to her, she took our fueling instructions but they had been overlooked when we returned five hours later. The desk staff was strikingly cute and pleasant, which tended to make the people ahead of us loiter, and the bottom line is that the job isn't getting done at this FBO, at least on this day.

Flew in for a few hours on April 23. Nice FBO facility and staff was pleasant. The Fuel price charged however was $4.61 + taxes for a total of $5.02. That’s a FAR cry from the "guaranteed" $4.11. I didn't have the time to argue and point out the discrepancy, but clearly this FBO is posting a low guarantee on AirNav to attract business, and then not standing by that price. An unfortunate way to do business.
Response from Breah Tagalan, Executive Administrative Assitant, Clay Lacy Aviation Mr. Lewis- Our prices are guaranteed per the AirNav site and your fueling I would assume your uplift fell during the update of our prices. We would like to extend an additional discount for your next fueling and also credit your for the difference in the fuel prices. Please give Breah or Martin a call at 206-762-6000.
