I did a drop off in BGE on March 4 and came back for a 24 hour stay that evening. Tony Scott had been very helpful over the phone in finding a place for me to stay and in agreeing to let us use the van to get to the hotel. I spent 6 hours at the airport after lunch on March 5. Tony was extremely friendly and helpful in all of my time there. I'd recommend this for a stop any time and hope to get back there again.

I like this FBO. Saw the line guy ready to position us while on short final. As always, pleasant, competent, efficient service. Plane fueled as requested. Easy in easy out fuel stop for our trips between Texas and Miami.

Have flown into Decatur County twice; both times for Angel Flight missions. The attendants treated me well and treated my passenger like royalty. In additional to being helpful and friendly, the FBO gave a significant discount on the fuel.

Great fast service, good fuel prices. Terminal is excellent and the staff gave us tokens - little tool with light. We used to stop nearby for fuel, but now their prices are better here and quick -

This is second time I have stopped here for a pit stop and fuel.... Weather was marginal but had nice multiple approaches and was in and out quickly. Nice big ramp and was met for marshall to my parking spot.. Nice fuel price and almost new-clean facilities. I will use again on my trips from Midwest to Florida.

Hard to imagine a better place to make a quick stop. BGE is easy in an out with multiple runways and approaches. They have a well equipped facility with clean restrooms, pilot lounge, low fuel prices, and the best part.... A warm friendly crew that goes out of their way to get you back in the air. Terry displayed the best example of southern hospitality that I can remember. He put us in the crew car with recommendations for a quick bite and had cold water for us when we returned. Next time we are in the area, this will be our fuel stop.

What more could you want. Great fuel price, crew car, clean restrooms, nice crew room, TLH radar, and long Rwy. If this want make you happy you need attitude check and I don't mean your ADI.

Stopped for fuel between Texas and Miami. As before, they watch IFR flights and are on the ramp before we are. Nice courtesy van, great selection of resturants in town, easy in, easy out, flawless service, nice terminal. I like this place!

Repositioned to BGE to avoid heavy thunderstorm activity at TLH. Jim Cerone met the airplane, put it in the hangar, and extended every courtesy. He allowed us to use the courtesy car to return to TLH for the night and to drive back for the airplane the next day. Tony Scott assisted us in pulling out the airplane the next day. Decatur County Aviation is a shinning light in the FBO industry. Fuel prices are great also.

Stopped at BGE twice on the way to/from Sun 'n' Fun. We (flight of two) ended up staying the night with two other aircraft and Tony showed us one of the original BT-13 hangars and encouraged all 4 of us to put our airplanes in the hangar. He welcomed us to use the pilot's lounge (open 24 hours, with showers) and courtesy van and also offered his after-hours phone number in case we needed anything. Cheerfully fueled us and told us about starting Pilots and Paws at BGE. The next day Tony and Terry were just as helpful and welcoming! Tony is new but gladly went out of his way to fill an air tank to fill up my tailwheel. I can't remember the lineman's name we met on the way back but he was quieter but still courteous. They have a beautiful new building and are proud of their history. It's only too bad that the county hasn't been able to invest more in preserving some of the original historical buildings (but they have resurfaced some of the runways which are in beautiful shape).

2nd time here. We took the courtesy van into Bainbridge for lunch. The old part of town is beautiful. The attendant was pleasant and competent.

Stopped at Bainbridge about 4:30 today. Parked in front of the new County Bldg. Very nice facility but horrible service.. The county lineman (Jim) did not say 5 words.. Not a hello, may I help you or any other question regarding my needs. I said please top the tips. He pulled the truck up and did so.. All the while not saying a word.. I was the only plane on the ramp. Went inside and gave him my card. After spending $250 on fuel he said, "here you go" as He handed me the receipt. Not a thank you, see you later or a kiss my a..... It will be a long time before I return there.

After reading what a ripoff Million Air is at TLH, I decided to try BGE based on comments on AirNav and Jet-A that is almost 2.50/gal cheaper. 1st class service, friendly line service, car was waiting for me. It was well worth the incremental 30 minutes of driving. Thanks AirNav and Decatur.

Stopped here on August 8th. I had called ahead to verify service and they were tracking me on the way in. Was met at the plane, attendant was pleasant, helpful and efficient. Great terminal. Really liked the easy in, easy out that this airport offered over my other choices. Great fuel price, Great stop!
