Repositioned to BGE to avoid heavy thunderstorm activity at TLH. Jim Cerone met the airplane, put it in the hangar, and extended every courtesy. He allowed us to use the courtesy car to return to TLH for the night and to drive back for the airplane the next day. Tony Scott assisted us in pulling out the airplane the next day. Decatur County Aviation is a shinning light in the FBO industry. Fuel prices are great also.

Stopped at BGE twice on the way to/from Sun 'n' Fun. We (flight of two) ended up staying the night with two other aircraft and Tony showed us one of the original BT-13 hangars and encouraged all 4 of us to put our airplanes in the hangar. He welcomed us to use the pilot's lounge (open 24 hours, with showers) and courtesy van and also offered his after-hours phone number in case we needed anything. Cheerfully fueled us and told us about starting Pilots and Paws at BGE. The next day Tony and Terry were just as helpful and welcoming! Tony is new but gladly went out of his way to fill an air tank to fill up my tailwheel. I can't remember the lineman's name we met on the way back but he was quieter but still courteous. They have a beautiful new building and are proud of their history. It's only too bad that the county hasn't been able to invest more in preserving some of the original historical buildings (but they have resurfaced some of the runways which are in beautiful shape).

2nd time here. We took the courtesy van into Bainbridge for lunch. The old part of town is beautiful. The attendant was pleasant and competent.

Stopped at Bainbridge about 4:30 today. Parked in front of the new County Bldg. Very nice facility but horrible service.. The county lineman (Jim) did not say 5 words.. Not a hello, may I help you or any other question regarding my needs. I said please top the tips. He pulled the truck up and did so.. All the while not saying a word.. I was the only plane on the ramp. Went inside and gave him my card. After spending $250 on fuel he said, "here you go" as He handed me the receipt. Not a thank you, see you later or a kiss my a..... It will be a long time before I return there.

After reading what a ripoff Million Air is at TLH, I decided to try BGE based on comments on AirNav and Jet-A that is almost 2.50/gal cheaper. 1st class service, friendly line service, car was waiting for me. It was well worth the incremental 30 minutes of driving. Thanks AirNav and Decatur.

Stopped here on August 8th. I had called ahead to verify service and they were tracking me on the way in. Was met at the plane, attendant was pleasant, helpful and efficient. Great terminal. Really liked the easy in, easy out that this airport offered over my other choices. Great fuel price, Great stop!

I made a stop here for self-serve fuel on April 16. Strange setup for the self-serve fuel in that the card reader is located next to the adjacent (closed FBO) building and not by the pumps. Works OK, but the county run operation at midfield has full service fuel at the self-serve price. A very nice facility and friendly folk. If not after hours go there.

Horrible stop! Avoid at all cost! They listened to me on CTAF and I parked in front as directed and I was made to move my plane to the tie down area if I wanted fuel. They could have said something before I shut down! When I reached for the grounding wire I got yelled at. When I told them I would refuel the plane just get it started (my RV-12 just came from the paint shop they told me to go to the self-serve. The truck driver leaned on the spinner and prop and when I asked him to step away he REFUSED! The manager told me this was their "policy". Rocks all over the tarmac. If you cherish your plane AVOID!

Very nice stop. Could not have been treated nicer. Outstanding fuel price. Makes you wonder why we have to pay so much for fuel at other FBO's.

The folks at BGE go way out of their way to insure that you are well taken care of and at 2.90/gal for Jet its the cheapest fuel for 400 miles that I know of.. Is well worth the extra leg or stop to TOP OFF!. The building is very new and facilites are excelent!. I always look forward to my huge savings (often 2+ dollars a gallon) and the friendly service they do provide here! Keep it up guys!

This remote FBO is a very good place to stop and refuel with the cheapest fuel within 500 miles. They are friendly efficient and do their best to get you a quick turn around, especially if you call in advance.

Great stop for cheap fuel and friendly service. This is my regular fuel stop when I want to get out of my local area and save about $1.50/gallon. The FBO building is new, clean and modern and the service is always prompt and professional. I highly recommend Bainbridge!

I'm a little late with my comment but this airport is worth the time. Bainbridge is an old T6 training base so the ramp is huge everywhere. On our way home from Sun & Fun we stopped for fuel on the NE end. This is where the crop duster school is and they gladly called the fuel truck for us and he was there quickly and with a smile. We relaxed in a beautiful FBO and were well taken care of. Yes, the fuel prices were great but as a multiple airplane owner, I don't usually remember fuel prices in a month but I do remember people that are happy to have a job and prove it. I go to Florida Once a year and that’s 2 fillups Bainbridge can count on.

This is the place to stop for good fuel, good service, and with its new FPO office. We have stopped here several times to load up with fuel for our Caravan.

This thank you is bit late (14 mo.) but on the way to the Bahamas last year we chose Bainbridge as a fuel and overnight because of needing to visit Chattahoochee the next day. We got there 15 min after the FBO closed. The self serve pump was broke. Called the number on the door. They hustled right out, topped us, took us to town, picked us up the next morning, loaned us a super clean police cruiser crew car to drive 35 mi away for 3 hrs. Don and Greg were just wonderful. Highly recommended.
