The people here are magnificent. They’re very attentive and will help you park, give you tire blocks as soon as you park, are quick with fuel, and are just incredible in every way. Andria and Jameson who work at the desk and outside is incredible people and I couldn't ask for better people to work with or talk to while I was waiting for my plane to be repaired (which was also done quickly) and while I wait for my friends to get their license. The DPE who is based out of here, John Hrebek, is also incredible, and even though I failed the first time here, he was incredible to work with and I ended up getting my license and that's all I care about. This place is honestly the best; if it weren’t so far away I'd absolutely want to work here with these wonderful people. Do yourself a service and fly here and meet and talk to these incredible people.

Flew a Phenom into KBGM. Had a fantastic experience at FirstAIR. SAMANTHA went above and beyond, exceedingly our expectations. We'll be back for sure!

Had a mechanical issue in flight and had to land here for repair, there is. Great mechanic Goodrich Aviation on the field. The FBO, FirstAir, managers Luke and Andrea were incredible, we were there for 3 hours waiting for the plane to be repaired. I was transporting/caring for my dad (84) and they offered us a menu from a local restaurant, Airport Inn, and they drove down and picked it up for us, let us use the conference room, just an outstanding, friendly FBO. Highly recommend!!

Samantha is an incredible line worker. She guided us in on arrival and attended to any needs we had while we waited for passengers. Her work ethic is refreshing. While we waited she moved from one task to another continually staying busy. She might be the hardest working employee in the state. Thank you for the snacks, water, coffee and great service!

We had two days of late arrivals and Samantha was there ready to help us get squared away and put the plane to bed. FBO is old but they have snacks and popcorn so it makes up for it! Great FBO if you are in the area
