During my 36 years of flying, I have landed in 32 states and over 300 airports. Without question, Bismarck Aero Center-BP is one of the top-three best FBOs I have ever visited. What sticks out most in my mind? How I was treated. Beginning with owners Bob and Mike and continuing on through their line and into their complete maintenance shop, everyone treated my 1976 Piper Lance as if she was a Gulfstream 550, and regarded me as if I was actually someone important. Honest, I'm not. Regardless of who you are, or what you are flying, I have learned from subsequent stops at Bismarck Aero that these folks will bend over backwards for you.

Flew in recently on an Angel Flight mission. Staff helped our passengers off the plane and into the lobby. Fuel truck was rolling before we could grab a sandwich via courtesy car. Plane was ready when we returned. Seems everyone at Aero has hearts as big as their service!! Well done! The red carpets, literally, for our passengers was a very nice touch.

I had to get a BFR. The people at BAC were great. Bob was down to earth and helps out any way he could. Keep up the good work.

Great service with matching attitudes - Patrick, Dave and Brandon! Let me use their car to run into the city, which was great as I was running late due to the winds. Got back and plane was fueled and I was on my way. Thanks.

Great service all around. From the line service (parking, fueling and handling) to the Front Desk staff (payment, service, crew car, passenger services) it was great. We fly a King Air B200 and this stop has been one of the most enjoyable in the recent times. VERY reasonable fuel prices, plenty of crew cars, and a smile on everyone’s face. Keep up the good work!

In the last 30 years I've pulled up to more than 300 FBOs in 32 states. Nowhere have I been treated with more courtesy. Unlike others at which I've parked, the crew at BAC gave me and my Piper Lance the same prompt and courteous 'red carpet' attention as the guy who parked next to me in a Citation X. I cannot say enough good things about these folks at Bismarck Aero Center.

Arrived for an overnight stay. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The only glitch was with the rental car, but this was not the FBO's fault. They had called prior to our arrival and several times after we arrived to get the Enterprise man there. But they were apologetic for the delay.

Arrived 9/25 in a Bonanza, line guys came right out, helped, with luggage tie downs. We departed Sunday 9/27 in howling 35K winds and the line guys promptly fueled us, helped with luggage and treated us as if we were burning Jet-A. I felt the fuel 100LL might be on the high side, yes-you can get cheaper, but your not going to get better service or safe secure facilities like this. I go out of my way to save money, but this was real value. I will be back

Attended my 60th HS Class Reunion on Sept 12 and 13. KBIS Aero fueled, cleaned the windscreen and leading edges, offered restaurant and hotel suggestions, helped with luggage and generally went the extra mile to make our visit pleasurable. Paul and Keith on the flightline deserve kudos. Keep up the good work KBIS Aero. You're the best

Awesome! As soon as I arrived in my Piper Warrior, I was immediately treated with a red carpet and staff member ready to go. I quickly received fuel and a clean windshield. The staff were VERY nice and ready to do whatever was needed even though it was pretty late at night. I'll definitely be stopping here again! Thanks a lot Bismarck Aero Center!

A very nice FBO! Flew through both ways between Portland and Milwaukee. Staff was very helpful. We even called ahead and they went to Subway and picked up a couple of sandwiches for us to be available on arrival! Comfortable FBO and has an AirBoss fuel discount!

This is why I live in the Midwest! Great people that want to help. Excellent service and attitude. Tornado sirens started and they just put me in the hangar to keep the a/c safe (it was a NASTY storm!). I'll be back-it's a very nice town! Thanks again.

Stayed overnight June 22 and can't say enough about how much we liked this FBO. Met us with a red carpet and helped with the luggage. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. A very well equipped facility. If looking for a good restaurant in town for dinner the East 40 Chophouse & Tavern was great. Steaks tender and perfectly cooked.

Fantastic! Stopped both ways for fuel on a trip west and Bismarck Aero was by far the best FBO I have been to. Our return overnight stop was on a Sunday and we had a flat tire. Their ace mechanic Howard came in on his day off and had us fixed in no time. A nice clean crew car was provided and Howard even clipped out the movie section of the local paper. Entire staff was friendly and professional.
