Great service. Happy to return. Also, got an excellent recommendation for a lunch stop at the Bistro -- a short drive in their courtesy car and we had a sumptuous meal. Interestingly, they offered wifi Internet so we got caught up on our iPhone and Mac and leisurely planned our diversion around weather. As noted, these folks care; even to picking up FOD on the ramp. Nice, but important touch.

Flew in last night on one of the many training flights I do in a week's time, I see a lot of FBOs and this is truly one of the best. Courteous service whether you need 25 or 250 gallons, they cleaned the windshield, lent us the car, and gave us a nice quiet place to plan the next leg of the flight. Great place, have stopped here before and will stop here again.

Flew in late on Angel Flight mission. Crew met us at the plane and helped us into the lounge. Plane was refueled and ready to go before I said goodbye to my passengers. Great service. Very nice lounge for the people that were there to pickup passengers. I'll be back!!

11Sep06 - Outstanding FBO. Met, refueled and secured aircraft. Had it outside the front door for my departure the next AM (C182). We had called ahead and asked them to arrange a hotel room that would provide an airport shuttle. Secured a room at the Expressway Inn that was adequate, cheap ($56) and within reasonable walking distance of several restaurants.

Great service at this FBO! As soon as I arrived, they quickly fueled my Baron, and even gave me a free T-shirt for stopping in! I researched the two FBO's at this airport before my trip, and really didn't know which to go to. When I arrived, the choice was somewhat obvious (just from the looks on the outside). I know that may seem like a lame way to choose, but the real message is that I was extremely happy with my choice. The guy working took great care as he fueled the plane, and was really nice too. The have a nice lounge area with WSI weather, and a big table where you can spread out charts for planning, or just enjoy lunch comfortably. Great FBO!

I am a Aerial Survey Pilot and stayed at this FBO for 22 days. The staff here is exceptional. The line crew will help guide you in for parking, chalk your wheels and clean your window with the tender touch required for Plexiglas. The maintenance staff is very knowledgeable, professional and fast, they got me in for both a 50 hr & 100 hr with very little notice. And the customer service staff is friendly and will always greet you with a smile. I had an excellent stay. Thank you Executive Air. Bismarck is a great little town. While you're here eat lunch at Kathleen's on 3rd Street, or the Bistro on 12th for Dinner. The staff will give you vectors.

A funny thing happened here the other day when I visited, they cleaned my windsheild without my asking them to do so. That is rare, since at the previous stops, I forgot to ask, and they forgot to offer. I thought it showed some initiative on the part of the line staff, a condition sorely lacking at quite a few of the other facilities. It is amazing to me that most facilities are right there to sell you fuel, but drop the ball when it comes to a little service follow through. Thanks Cindy and Paul for having good people there.
