A very busy FBO with charters and bizjets - even so, our two seater Lancair was welcomed and line/counter workers very helpful with motel and car rental. Courtesy car loaned us for lunch while we waited for Enterprise to deliver rental. Stay the night and visit the wonderful zoo and Fort Lincoln.

Stopped at Executive Air on July 9th 2009. They were able to help with upgrades or repairs to avionics, parts and interior. It was much appreciated and done with time to spare. Always a Friendly staff. And crew car available. Thanks much.

Outstanding service! Line and Office staff very helpful and friendly. Good vending area clean rest rooms, computers provided for flt planning and other use in the lobby. Nice courtesy van, which we used to get to our motel. We will be back again.

I had a good experience stopping at this FBO in Bismarck last night. The pilot lounge was comfortable and a nice place to relax while the aircraft was being refueled. Also the line staff was quick and friendly.

I get into Executive many times a month for business and personal visits. Quick turns really happen there with their friendly staff. I don't have any experience with the competition on the field, but my happy visits with Executive have never given me a reason to consider going elsewhere in Bismarck. If you have an Avtrip card for fuel points, Executive offers high bonus points for the icing on top of the cake.

Great service. Happy to return. Also, got an excellent recommendation for a lunch stop at the Bistro -- a short drive in their courtesy car and we had a sumptuous meal. Interestingly, they offered wifi Internet so we got caught up on our iPhone and Mac and leisurely planned our diversion around weather. As noted, these folks care; even to picking up FOD on the ramp. Nice, but important touch.

Flew in last night on one of the many training flights I do in a week's time, I see a lot of FBOs and this is truly one of the best. Courteous service whether you need 25 or 250 gallons, they cleaned the windshield, lent us the car, and gave us a nice quiet place to plan the next leg of the flight. Great place, have stopped here before and will stop here again.

Flew in late on Angel Flight mission. Crew met us at the plane and helped us into the lounge. Plane was refueled and ready to go before I said goodbye to my passengers. Great service. Very nice lounge for the people that were there to pickup passengers. I'll be back!!
