In today in our Turbo Commander N900NE and have 'best of' all services. Thanks folks. Well done.

Flew our Cirrus in for a concert May 6 and received outstanding service. Rental car brought to plane. Reasonable overnight fee waived with fuel. No ramp fee. A pleasant experience altogether. Would definitely use again.

This FBO was once good. But a lack of knowledge of the business and line staff that just does not care, makes this a sure miss when going to BJC. Our company with large jet aircraft has spent hundreds of thousands and they just do not care. This is a service industry and Denver Air has lost sight of that goal. Not recommended.

Response from Laura Turner, General Manager, Denver AirCenter
We are truly disappointed that you feel this way Mr. Brown. It is unfortunate that we had a disconnect in communication regarding the cleaning of your car and the battery dying due to the recent blizzard and extreme cold. We feel we did our best to make the situation right, and get you on your way. Denver AirCenter's management and staff have several years of aviation experience and are highly trained in service and safety. We are dedicated to the highest quality service in the FBO industry as our high rating in the Aviation International News FBO Survey indicates. It is unfortunate that were unable to satisfy you. Good Luck.

Very friendly service, made sure I got a great deal for full serve at the weekend rate and kindly made hangar space available. Keep in mind that for a single engine prop this ran $100.00/night. Still cheaper than a new battery when it was -20F outside. Made me wish I brought my Gulfstream V. Oh sorry, just daydreaming, I am still saving up for a used one - yeah just a humble Mooney pilot..... For now.

Went to DAC twice in a CJ3 on Thursday of this week to pickup and drop off passengers. Service was great! We've used DAC several times in the past and they've always treated us well. Stacy took the time on our evening return to bake cookies just for us! Will use them again next time in Denver!

We stopped in yesterday morning for a quick turn. The fuel truck met us as we taxied in, and by the time I walked out of the restroom, the front desk had the invoice ready and we were on our way. These folks did a great job, and I never mind paying a few extra cents for fuel when the service deserves it.

Not enough SPAM in your INBOX? The Denver Air Center can help. They helped me on April 17th by sending me unsolicited commercial email advertising their services. Please do not do business with these spammers.

We stopped in the weekend of March 1st to go skiing and had a great experience. The plane was put in a hangar one night as instructed, topped as requested, rental car was brought up when we landed. Everyone there was very attentive and did a great job.

Denver Air is a very nice facility. Linda at the front desk was very helpful getting us a car and hotel. Clean and friendly facility, great staff.

From Wm Lundell on 24-Jan-2008
For a Citation V, ramp fee $200 and hangar $340/night for 2 nights. CSR told crew one night waived with fuel. Topped and got no credit for hangar - only waived the recently instituted ramp fee. No apologies from management. No return to DAC for us.

Response from Laura Turner, General Manager, Denver AirCenter
Mr. Lundell it has always been our policy to waive one night of parking with fuel purchase. However, we never waive hangar, as there is high demand during winter months. The misunderstanding was unfortunate. We always value our customer’s feedback, but we certainly would not intentionally misquote anyone.

Asked for fuel, was told it would be "a few minutes." Turned out to be 48 minutes, after two additional calls. Went to see front desk person, whose "apology" was: "I never do this". OK. If you're looking for 100LL and normal delays or heads up on delays, my suggestion is to look elsewhere.

From Mike Kreller on 03-Dec-2007
Tried Denver Air again at the request of our passengers, was pleasantly surprised. Quick turn for our King Air on a cold night, CSR girl was very pleasant, line crew hooked up a GPU to keep the cabin warm. Much improved over last year.

Coming in from a bumpy 4-hour flight, I diverted to Jeffco due to weather and chose Denver Air. They parked me about a mile from the FBO and left me to walk with my luggage in rain and wind. Their line guys (3 of them) saw me struggling and didn't bother to lend a hand. The front desk lady was sarcastic when I told her about it. Thought it might be a fluke so went back another time to refill my O2 tank. They over charged and couldn't figure out what to do with SkyOx tank. It was like watching a circus of angry monkeys. The front counter staff is not friendly. If you're not a jet, I'll bet Denver Air will rub you the wrong way too. Would strongly advise anyone to go to Stevens instead. O2 / fuel is less expensive and the atmosphere and staff are much more friendly.

I am sad to report that this airport is not safe and not GA friendly. I have been coming here every 6-8 weeks for 5 years. Last week I found that while my plane was on the ramp it was broken into and $5000 worth of radios and headsets was stolen. All of this under the eye of the FBO and the tower. There is no security and no one cares. Calls I have made to the airport authorities have not been answered. My aviation insurer told me that there have been many thefts at BJC and they have done nothing to secure the airport. I believe it was an inside job from either an employee or aircraft owner. I would not advise parking your airplane here.
