Rented a C172 from Baker Aircraft the weekend before Thanksgiving. Instructor and FBO manager was awesome and extremely helpful. Rental cost on C172 was very reasonable. Did the helicopter intro flight, which was also an unforgettable experience! I had a great time at Baker Aircraft and will definitely be back with friends!

A friendly FBO at a beautiful airport. We stopped in for a 3-day weekend and enjoyed their comfortable facilities. We didn't use the crew car (we had the local Ford dealer drop a rental car at the airport), but it was nice to know the crew car was available. Also they have no call-out fee if you need to call them after hours (I've never seen an FBO that doesn't charge for after-hours service.) Self-serve fuel is readily available ($5.82 as of 7-24-11), and there's a great shaded picnic area right next to the ramp. We'll be back!

My wife and I arrived on a Sunday afternoon after being unable fly up to Ellensburg WA because of terrible weather. After a young man fueled our Bonanza I asked if I could rent a car for a couple of days, he said, no problem, I could use their courtesy car, which we did for 3 days. We had to be in Ellensburg that night and there were no car rental offices open. They saved the day. I highly recommend this FBO.

Enroute from Twin Falls to Seattle on 11/11, I had to divert to Baker City due to icing on my Comanche 250. Support from the FBO was outstanding! They called when I was on final and indicated that they were closing for the day and offered the keys to the courtesy car so that I could get to town for the night. The next morning my aircraft was covered by freezing rain and ice, and they pulled one of their own aircraft out of the heated hangar and then used their tug to place mine in its space to thaw out. All of this was at no charge. I thought the fuel price was very reasonable, but I was only able to purchase a few gallons. I'd pay almost any price for fuel with the over-the-top service that is provided by this great FBO!

What a great place. Seeing my ineptness as self-service they pumped the gas for me. While that was being done I was given the courtesy car to go get lunch. The plane was back on the ramp waiting for me when I got back to lunch. I could not even give them a tip. This is what all FBO's should strive for.
