My experience with Jackson Jet Center began four days before our visit to Boise. From the first contact arranging auto rentals to fueling while there, hangaring our corporate King Air when weather blew in, Jackson Jet Center was a great experience and made my experience very nice. Very seldom do I find customer service anywhere close to the friendly climate I found at this FBO. If you are looking for service, and I do mean service, this is the place to park when you come to Boise. Thanks folks for all your great assistance and smiles.

We have been flying our corporate King Air to these folks for many months. Many times they would stay late or go in early for us...Always, always --professional service! Heavy corporate planes it's a tight ramp, let them know and they will make room... Brand new facility and crew cars are nice. The people are nice ~ if it's in their ability to provide they will.

Very nice terminal, very nice and helpful people. Tie downs were $8.00 per night. Very pleasant experience.
