I work at an FBO on the north side as a parts manager for our MX dept. I have been working with Turbo Air for a couple years now and have yet to find anyone who can even come close to the wonderful service they have provided. Ron, the parts manager at turbo is an incredible guy who is always willing to put you before himself and will go way out of his way to make sure your happy! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my Cessna parts! Thanks!

Absolutely wonderful service. We were treated like executives even though we arrived in our C182. Blake pulled our rental car right up to the plane and had all of the paperwork complete in minutes-we didn't need to enter the building. Returning was easy too and Jason was very helpful. We will visit again the next time we find ourselves in Boise.

Jason was very helpful no charge for overnight parking (even if you bought SS fuel) and they'll wash a singe for $100. Their lobby is newly renovated, although the vehicles are old. They'll drive you to the terminal (north side, middle of runway) if you need to catch a hotel van if staying downtown (hotel van runs on a schedule, so it can't go to the Turbo Air FBO, which is on the south side at the west end). Great service! I'd go again.

Have been using Turbo Air for fuel & service for over 5 years and have been very satisfied with fuel prices and service. Angel Flight discount on fuel, just show your badge. Scott & Jason can help you with anything.

I had to go so I dropped in. I asked for progressive to transient so got sent to the jet center. Real nice FBO and pleasant folk but I about keeled over at the 100LL price. It just so happened I used their computer in their very nice building to plan my next cheap fuel stop and lo, Turbo had the best price for miles. I taxied over and topped off. Spartan accommodations, no charts for sale, etc, but go juice was all I needed. I think the lineman's name was George. Real nice feller. I'd come back.

SS price was $4.35 when we arrived (and departed). Competent maintenance, courteous line. Seems to operate as a necessity of their air ambulance business and as an adjunct to ConAgra's flight department.

I found renting a car here to be a painful experience. I called three times, and each time talked to an answering service that just told me someone would call back. The second call got a call back, and the third finally got a car confirmation. Upon arrival no one was around and I had to call them on the Unicom to ask for a place to park. Ground control didn't think it was even possible to park here. Jason was great, and extremely helpful. Upon returning the car, I found Enterprise had been informed we had the car for 3+ days instead of 2, and were going to bill me as such. They were nice enough to believe me when I told them it was only 2.

If you're looking for 24-hour service, uniformed ramp guys and desk hotties, and a million-dollar lobby, go somewhere else. If you're flying a small aircraft looking for truly extraordinary personal service, a fuel price that's almost $1/gal. Cheaper than the competition, and comfortable, reasonably equipped facilities go to Turbo Air. My wife and I spent several days with them awaiting the birth of our newborn son at an area hospital. We arrived after closing (8 p. M.), so they arranged to leave the rental car agreement and keys in an accessible place. When we left to return to Seattle, they pulled (and I mean manually pulled, across 150 yards of open ramp) my airplane into a hangar so we could load the three of us into the plane away from the 100-degree heat. They defueled a little gas to make W&B work out. They even stayed open a little late on departure day so we could depart in a [slightly] cooler temperature. They did all of this with a smile and without extra charge.

Rock Solid. Very nice facilities. Easy access off the interstate, Turbo Air is definitely the place to stop for passengers or a visit in the area. Plus maintenance if you need it.

Easier access than we thought given location on south side of field. Orchard has an exit off the freeway. Perfect service, nice facility. No tie down fee and great price on SS gas. If you want red carpet, chilled water and warm cookies, go elsewhere. If you want easy in and out for a great price this is the stop of choice. Thanks! Ask for a departure from intersection "E" for less of a taxi when using 28L. Thanks Turbo Air!!!

I want to echo the positive comments about the FBO and about Jason. He was there to park us an hour after official closing, gave us the keys to the van, some directions and he was there again at 7:00AM the next morning. Without being asked, he had pulled my Malibu in to the hangar to melt the frost. Extremely helpful -- and in shorts, too, on a 25 degree morning! Thanks!

Unplanned drop in - mostly for a Potty stop - I asked about lunch, and the line guy had the Crown Vic started and warmed up before we could walk thru. Kind of in the corner of the field - real easy in and out - but not too much parking. Great Pilot lounge - what else could you ask for? I'll be back and actually buy something!

October 7, 2006 Flew in from EAT. First time at Turbo Air after checking comments on AirNav. Jason was the line guy and what a great help! He moved my Malibu after I fueled at great prices. (Well, by today’s standards). Offered to bring the rental car out for my passengers. Gave me the crew van to go to town, helped set up the TV for the USC Washington game, and stayed past closing a few minutes to wait for my passenger's return. Nice guy!! Turbo Air's business philosophy in customer service is tops. Very nice comfortable facilities with a home like feeling. I will definitely be back. Thanks again Jason.

Sept. 18, 2006 flight from KSLC to Paine Field, Everett, WA. Tried out Turbo Air after reading favorable reviews below. Had the same experience-- helpful, friendly line service (self-service fuel) towed my plane to parking after I fueled, then gave me keys to crew car and pointed me into town. Very welcoming feeling at the FBO. Easy choice to stop here again.

Very nice folks. Gas was indeed $4.25 self-serve and they offered to tow my plane from tie-down over to the pump. I did a sight-seeing flight and when I came back all their tie-downs were full. They told me just leave the plane in the middle of the ramp and they'd move one of the local aircraft, and put mine in a tie-down. All this with no tie-down fees!

Turbo Air sets the standard for FBOs. Scott and Jason made us feel welcome and were very helpful during our stay in Boise. If and when we fly out west again, Turbo Air will be our primary fuel and service stop. Great job guys!

I've used TurboAir 4 times in the last 6 months for my Mooney, and will continue to use them. Very helpful, jonny-on-the-spot for parking and delivering rental cars (Hertz). The inside is better than you would expect, very nice facility. They are also on the non-terminal side of the airport, much easier taxiing and runway access for GA aircraft.

Flew in mid-day Sunday to refuel and have lunch downtown. Line service was very prompt. They offered us a crew car without us even asking! Definitely will stop there again if I fly to/through Boise.
