Great FBO, fantastic customer service (special thanks to Shae, Melissa and Jessica) and the line guys too. Pulled up in a Cherokee and could not have been treated better if I had arrived in a King Air or a Gulfstream.

Beautiful place with friendly staff. I fly a lot for business and it's always a wonderful surprise to be greeted so nicely even though they were extremely busy Bruce was ready to unload our bags into the rental car and Jessica was happy to help us get a hotel room last minute at a lovely hotel nearby. Even the supervisor made sure he checked in with us if we needed anything else. Great first impression of Boise, good job!

So how does an entity behave when things don't go right? The people of Western did everything in their power to resolve the problem (an over fuel) and take care of me during the delay. This behavior speaks volumes about their commitment to the aviation community and I applaud them. See you in October.

We were traveling from the Denver area to Coeur D'Alene for a conference and decided that it would be a good opportunity to visit Boise. Other than pre-arrangements for a car rental, we left it all up to Western Aircraft. Here's a brief summary: Pre-trip contact. I like to do this by email. So many FBOs have email addresses but don't respond. These folks did. Shae, who works the desk is fabulous, both online and in person. Fuel: $1.00 AirBoss discount plus 10¢ AOPA discount. Hotel: After I told them we had never been to Boise before, recommended the Grove Hotel for proximity to downtown restaurants (very nice Hotel and a very good corporate rate) and told us to skip the car unless we planned to travel around. Restaurants: Recommended a few of the many good and fun restaurants in the downtown area. Their recommendations were spot on in very respect and the service was top notch. I can't imagine flying into Boise and =not= using Western Aircraft.

On Saturday of the July 4 weekend, the Cirrus SR20 we were flying developed a mechanical problem. Melissa called maintenance, but they had left. She continued to call around, checking other FBOs on the field! She lent us the crew car to get lunch while she waited for a response. There was no one around to look at our problem, so we decided to continue, since the problem was with redundant equipment. Melissa even waived fees, since we just stopped for a maintenance issue and didn't need fuel. She was friendly and professional throughout. What a good experience!

Flew into BOI in a Cardinal-RG. The ramp was full of corporate jets. I was treated like my Cardinal was as important as the Falcon 20! With my prior reservation, they had a "Follow Me" cart for parking, they had my rental car waiting next to the plane parking! All were exceptionally friendly, and courteous. Airplane was refueled and ready when we returned. Shaelin gave us bottled water for our flight out and the head boss came out to the plane to help us load and as the line people were busy with other planes. What a statement of customer service! When I come back to Boise, Western Air will be our parking spot! Your terminal is gorgeous. Thanks!

Stopped in just for gas, small plane in comparison to what was there. The Western Service Agent was very professional and in conversation said it "was the best job she's ever had, loves it there". Line service was like the MacGyver guy, wasn't anything he couldn't get or do. Just a really nice place to stop on a weekend.

Maintenance people prompt and helpful with my dead battery. Line dudes and reception staff also very helpful with transportation and suggesting a great place for breakfast (Goldy's). AirBoss is honored very favorably. This is a great FBO, and I'll make a point of returning.

Was in Boise over this past weekend for a wedding, when I arrived the vehicle I had rented was immediately delivered to me next to my 182. They helped me load my baggage and sent me on my way, great service will use again next time I am in Boise.

Used Western for an overnight visit and the service here is fantastic. The line guys had the car pulled up as we opened the door and helped with luggage. The girls at the front desk both coming and going were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. The facilities are some of the nicest I've ever been too and the hot chocolate is fantastic! :) I will definitely be using them again in the future. No landing or overnight fees were charged with a purchase of fuel as it should be. Thanks again!

This is, as I like to call it, a 'model FBO'. I arrived in an Aerostar, and the service requests were taken care of promptly, as well as the passenger's requests. I must say you do not see service as exceptional as this anymore. A pleasure to work with and kudos to this FBO.

Made an unplanned stop due to weather on a trip to Calgary with the family. Parked at Turbo Air, but the FBO wasn't open. Taxied over to Western and was greeted by Melissa and staff with very friendly and super helpful service. She arranged for a family suite at the Ameritel at a great rate and they promptly shuttled us to the hotel. Dinner and a movie were right across the parking lot at the Boise Spectrum. They have a $1.00/gal discount on the weekend for 100LL during the summer! We liked this place so much we stopped a week later for our layover on the way home. Overall A+++ excellent service and experience. Highly recommended!
