Had an overnight at BOS. If you stop there make sure you request Manny as your line guy, no one has been there longer than him, 39 years. What a fantastic, funny guy, made me laugh so hard I couldn’t talk. See you next time buddy!

On 7/29 I flew a veteran's airlift flight with two injured war veterans and their significant others from BOS to BWI. Manager Peter Fox and his line crew could not have been more helpful and professional. Thank you for your help and consideration. The passengers and I are grateful to you, your staff and Signature Flight Support.

I got stuck at Logan due my Commander 114TC starter broke down. The Signature staff was sympathetic to my problem and waived overnight parking fee for the 3 days I was grounded there. Logan does not have any repair facility for single engine piston aircrafts. Fortunately I was able to recruit the good fellas at Infinity aviation in Nashua and finally got out of Logan. My experience with Signature staff at Logan was positive. I will come back here again, and one couldn't really blame high tax and fees of the Mass state on Signature.

I always try to avoid all Signature FBO's if at all possible but BOS is by far the worst FBO in the country except for the line personnel who try very hard. The costs including fuel are exorbitant like all other Signatures but at least the others treat you like they appreciate your business. The front desk staff is pretty much hateful, rude and unaccommodating. The crew has to go through airline type security every time they go to the ramp to prepare the aircraft for flight. The passengers of course must do the same, biggest pain in the country. To top it off, a fee of $57.00 is charged to the customer for this abuse. My advice, stay away from BOS like the plague.

Very good service and location, people works the extra mile to satisfied your needs. I know they are always very busy but the customer service and line guys are exceptional hard workers. In the other hand the fuel and the services are very expensive but they are the only ones at KBOS and the airport fees for them are expensive too. I am very glad to have Signature Flight Support in this airport.

Paid over $800 in fees for a 30 minutes stay in our CJ3 on a Pt. 135 trip. Charter operators and flight departments should try to talk their customers into using a different airport.

Their service and Butler's before them was also very good, but now I am paying the bills myself and can't afford BOS. I use Norwood and take bus to Boston.

Looking for a little more detail, I decided to call ahead of a possible one-day trip to KBOS/Signature. The quoted fees for the day were about $270. I asked for a breakdown and got $33 landing + $51.70 twice (once for Massport) + $65 handling + $56 security. That comes to $257.40.

Fees are high, but then, I made the mistake of not calling ahead. $520 for an overnight and 50 gallons. Next time I'll land elsewhere and rent a car.

Signature did a good job of handling the plane and luggage for our July 4th visit. Fees are, as others have stated, out of line (~$270 for two nights for a 182). We used mass transit to help sooth the sting a little. Took advantage of the $.50/gal weekend discount too.

Flew into Boston a week ago with 2 passengers. Signature was VERY accommodating. The car service for our passengers was 2 hours overdue and the staff was calling on our behalf without being asked. Crew cars were Hertz and well kept. They really made us feel welcome despite our size (Piper Saratoga). Crew rooms were fantastic, had small quiet areas and other pilots were extremely friendly. As a warning, be ready to takeoff by the time you call BOS Ground for taxi clearance, as they are not prepared to allow for run-up- time.
