Their service and Butler's before them was also very good, but now I am paying the bills myself and can't afford BOS. I use Norwood and take bus to Boston.

Looking for a little more detail, I decided to call ahead of a possible one-day trip to KBOS/Signature. The quoted fees for the day were about $270. I asked for a breakdown and got $33 landing + $51.70 twice (once for Massport) + $65 handling + $56 security. That comes to $257.40.

Fees are high, but then, I made the mistake of not calling ahead. $520 for an overnight and 50 gallons. Next time I'll land elsewhere and rent a car.

Signature did a good job of handling the plane and luggage for our July 4th visit. Fees are, as others have stated, out of line (~$270 for two nights for a 182). We used mass transit to help sooth the sting a little. Took advantage of the $.50/gal weekend discount too.

Flew into Boston a week ago with 2 passengers. Signature was VERY accommodating. The car service for our passengers was 2 hours overdue and the staff was calling on our behalf without being asked. Crew cars were Hertz and well kept. They really made us feel welcome despite our size (Piper Saratoga). Crew rooms were fantastic, had small quiet areas and other pilots were extremely friendly. As a warning, be ready to takeoff by the time you call BOS Ground for taxi clearance, as they are not prepared to allow for run-up- time.

The fees and fuel are insane, but the convenience to Boston is also amazing. Signature service was very good.

I went into BOS in early August in my 206 with my son to go to a Red Sox game. The fees are indeed outrageous. But service from the line and desk folks at Signature was actually pretty good. The whole security thing is a joke. But the people who administer it all are nice and have a sense of humor about it. They were clear that me and an 8-year old, rushing to get out ahead of some nasty weather, posed no threat to national security.

Look if you're going to a major airport than you know your going to spend some cash. Why because little guys need to stay in little airports and stay out of our way:(

Someone in the local govt or the airport authority needs to get involved here. The outrageous fees are the reason I will not go here and I will spread the word to everyone I deal with. This is a direct reflection upon the leadership at the airport authority and local govt. If you read this and have something to do with this, please get involved.
