Flew in late after hours, KUSA left rental car for me. Good service, friendly staff. READ sign on door leaving FBO - WATCH STEP!!!! Wish they'd put a ramp there to ease the pain! :-) Enjoyed stay.

Service was outstanding. My passengers did not have enough room for all of them in one car, so Kyle allowed them to use the crew car to conduct their business. He then loaned me his personal truck to grab some lunch. Kyle seems to really go above and beyond and watch over all operations going on. You can tell he cares about his business, nice job thanks again!

Had to spend the night due to weather. The Flyers Aviation Service Technologies people were very helpful and arranged for the Holiday Inn to come and get us. They offered us refreshments and the same hospitality the next morning. It was suggested that I buy gas rather than pay a tie-down fee. An under-utilized, real nice airport.

KUSA Aviation FBO is now open on the north ramp at BPT. Fuel, Hangar and Car Rental is all handled professionally by this new FBO. Taxi north of the old GA parking area to the second Hangar at north end of taxiway A.

I have to disagree about KUSA. Unfortunately, they are not the only FBO on the field. Better yet, most of their services they advertise are actually provided by the county or other businesses on the airfield. I highly recommend Flyers Aviation Service Technologies. I have used them for both training and as an FBO. Be sure to talk with Glen while you are there. He is a very helpful guy and can answer any questions you might have about a plane. They provide excellent, timely service for all aircraft and are most conveniently located FBO on the field (Hangar 1 across from the county FBO and fire station).

I called the East Texas Regional Airport a couple of weeks ago. They informed me what they could take care of and they also informed me about KUSA. I went to the county FBO then and today I came to KUSA. KUSA has a courtesy car, very close if not the same fuel prices, and wireless Internet. KUSA is less busy since they only work with GA aircraft. The other still serves as an airline terminal since the flooding. Super people at both!
