I have flown into this airport on several occasions for business, and can't say enough good things about Airmotive. I routinely find prompt, courteous people there, and they are on top of parking me, getting fuel, arranging for a courtesy car or a rental car. The new terminal is adjacent, and there in lies the car rentals. To make it even nicer, there is a terrific restaurant in their building that offers a tasty breakfast or a great hamburger for lunch. Really, a top notch bunch.

Stopped in on a training flight. Was greeted by Mike whom I had spoken to earlier. Very nice staff and facilities. Cafe was reasonably priced. I'll be back!

I arrived for Sunday morning breakfast and was treated courteously as previous pilots. I would heartily recommend flying into this surprisingly large field with very good services. The restaurant and the FBO are in one building. The cinnamon apple French Toast was very good and the people are kind.

Four of us stopped at Brainerd today for lunch in the 172. As soon as we parked and got out, we were greeted by a gentleman who politely asked if we needed anything and then showed us the way to the restaurant. After lunch, Steve at Airmotive set us up with the crew car so we could make a quick run into town. Great service and food at the restaurant, extremely helpful and gracious people at Airmotive, and a very nice facility...Couldn't ask for more. We will definitely be back!

I've literally flown to all corners of the country and have found some of the best service anywhere during my stops at Brainerd. Always fast, friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and ultimately, give me confidence that they know how to take care of aircraft--even small, classic, tailwheels like my Cessna 140. The gentleman who helped me last time is a pilot and aircraft owner himself. That might explain why they know the ways to be most helpful without getting in the way. Once they helped me carefully brush off my aircraft after a snowfall. Even a minor detail like offering to come out and untie my wet tiedown ropes when I was getting ready to depart after a rain shower really impressed me. I have nothing but good to say about my experiences in Brainerd!
