Simple facilities but friendly and helpful, took care of moving the plane and would have moved it into a hangar in case of bad weather. Skip the SPI shuttle, get a taxi or rent a car to the island.

Was in BRO from March 14th to 18th. Very friendly line and office staff. Would recommend the FBO. Loaned us the courtesy car for lunch. No complaints about the people or service.

Line staff was absolutely awesome. He helped tie down and secure our small 2-seater given that the winds were forecasted to strengthen over the 2 days there. A bit slow at the desk when departing/getting fuel paid, and the building is dated, but the pace is slower around here and that's fine in my book. The FBO dropped us off at the rental car office in the main terminal just a block or two away, with nothing but pleasant conversations and helpfulness the whole time. He insisted on carrying our bags in to the office. Great experience overall! Easy airport in/out, too.

Pulling up to Hunt Pan Am is like taking a trip back in time. Looking at the old buildings and the Convair 580 on the ramp will make you think not much has changed in the last 40 years down there. Fortunately, the same can be said about the service! The staff is so friendly and helpful you'll wish more FBOs were like this.

Stopped for a meeting and departed the same day. Excellent service and assistance. Recommend Hunt Pan Am if you visit Brownsville.
