A+ Service! I based out of here for a week and was treated very well. The guys were on the ramp guiding me in, helped my wife and I with our stuff and helped us tie down our Cessna 310. Southmost Aviation is lucky to have such a wonderful staff! Special thanks to Jeff, Dave & John.

Southmost = helpful, fast, and friendly service, nice facility, and a convenient location. It is an excellent FBO whose people go out of their way to help get you on your way. On a recent trip they even opened up early for me so I could depart before sunrise and beat the weather. If you stop in BRO, this is the FBO to use.

Wow, I thought it couldn't get any better! After receiving such excellent service on our way into Mexico we expected no less than the same on our return to the US three days later. Were we surprised when it got even better! At Customs we had trouble with this whole passport issue but after a call to Dave at Southmost the Customs Officer just smiled, asked for a drivers license and said we were good to go. We then taxied to Southmost for fuel and Ben met us asking if everything went smooth. He said while we were gone he had checked and found that Cd Victoria, our destination in Mexico, was now an AOE and next time in we could bypass MMMA and save one stop and about 45mins on our trip. These guys should write a book on how to run an FBO and make it mandatory for all FBO operators! I will always stop here and you are really missing out if you don't give this place a try.

On June 25, 2007 I was on my way from Gulf Shores, AL into Mexico for the first time, stopped for fuel and was given the royal treatment by the whole staff. From the lineman Noel being immediately at the ready with fuel to Ben & Dave who gave us such excellent border advice that we were able to shave over three hours off our trip. Dave also helped us through customs with phone calls and tons of sound advice. One in our group was 84 years old and they gave him extra special personal assistance making our stop even more pleasant. They also offered the use of the crew car for a trip to town for lunch. I would recommend this FBO to anyone who believes that personal care, pleasant treatment and competitive pricing are good reasons for choosing a place to stop. I plan to stop here every time I fly this way.

I arrived without a prior phone call and was still treated like a rock star in a Hawker. I was taxied in, chocked; my family was shown the way around the FBO, helped with a rental car and refueled with great ease. I concur with all of the previous post, this is the place to stop in Brownsville.

Stopped for an overnight in a ferry flight from Central America to California. Ben and Georgina were great, and Dave Douglas (one of the owners) couldn't have been friendlier. This is top notch, yet small town friendly. I used to stop at Hunt Pan Am, but no longer. Southmost won me over.

We flew into Brownsville and left our King Air 350 for 4 days. We chose Southmost because of all the great reviews from other pilots. We also had a great experience there. They provided a hangar for our airplane, ordered our catering for us for our departure & gave us a great price on our fuel purchase. We were treated very well and they made us feel like we were a very important customer. We definitely will return to Southmost on our next trip to BRO.

This is a class act. We had to replace a component on our prop and engine while in BRO and David and his brothers were eager to help and assist in any and every way possible. If you have a choice go to Southmost! -

If the valley is your destination, Southmost is your FBO. We arrived Thursday for a seminar on SPI and David was great help moving the bags to the FBO and instrumental in getting a taxi to town. On arrival Sunday, I found the plane tied-down securely. David again quickly topped us off and helped transfer baggage to the plane. I had peace of mind the entire weekend.

Stopped in BRO to clear customs from Cancun with 10 passengers. Could not have been easier with Southmost, met us at customs with our fuel order and the catering we ordered. Which for a boxed sandwich lunch was very good. Gave us a fair price for fuel and we were on our way. Thanks, we will stop again.

Flew into Brownsville for the weekend. Southmost Aviation is a great place to over night. Staffed by five brothers, we have had nothing but good experiences here. A family atmosphere. They made room for me in the hangar when I needed it. This was not my first time to visit, and it won't be my last!
