Visited on 1/10/2012 and departed 1/11/2012 in our Bonanza A36. Very nice airport. FBO is great with super pilots lounge upstairs. Had to kill some time waiting on weather and it is a nice facility. Very friendly people. We will be back as we have business in the area. Pittsburgh ATC worked us into BTP with no problem.

Be Careful when buying fuel! The Jet-A price was listed 'Guaranteed' at $5.52/gal but when I asked for the price at the counter I was told it was $5.75. I was only able to negotiate a price of $5.55! The asking price for fuel at AGC is $5.31 and $4.45 at BVI!!

Dropped off a rescue dog for Pilots N Paws, very nice people, willing to help in any way.

What a fantastic place. The people are so nice and know what customer service is supposed to be. Line service is super helpful. Everything went A+++.

Butler County was the 'transfer point' for a "Pilots n Paws" humanitarian flight. The entire staff was completely jazzed up about helping out in any way they could. The line staff was above and beyond when it took an 'all hands' effort to load up the dog into the crate. Couldn't ask for a more welcoming crew or a nicer facility.

Very helpful and friendly line staff... Went above and beyond during a fuel stop. However, after getting home I noted that their AirNav Guaranteed fuel price is $4.79... Price posted in the office yesterday (and what I paid) was $4.99. This does not take away anything from the lineman's superb service but is rather a reflection of a management issue.
