Parked at Executive Jan 31 2011 for 2 nights. Thunderstorms were in forecast for next day. I asked if my Seneca could be hangared for weather, no promises made, but it spent my entire stay in a hangar, and at no charge Good Job Executive.

Good service on an overnight visit and refueling. Found an unexpected flowage fee on contract fuel card invoice a few days afterwards. Called, and after only minimal whining on my part FBO manager quickly offered a refund, along with an explanation of how a quirk in their relationship with their fuel supplier was in the process of being fixed. In sum I got a strong impression of a desire to provide excellent customer service.

Flew in on a Grace Flight mission on 22 Aug. I faxed a request for fuel and quick turn then called about 15 minutes prior to arrival. No lineman to marshal us even though we were the only activity on the ramp. Had to call to find out where to park. Parked us at the farthest point on the ramp. Was almost strange how poorly we were treated. Passenger (patient) and I were forced to walk back out to the airplane in 98F degree weather to depart. First time I'll say this on AirNav, but I won't return to this FBO because of the lack of hospitality afforded my passenger.

No tiedown bolts where they parked me. Had to manually pull plane way across ramp to a tiedown because they didn't have a towbar adapter for my Cirrus. Then when I returned 2 days later they had not completed my fuel order. Never again.

Landed here in early April to rent a car to drive up and tour Natchez, MS. Good staff. Helped us with our bags and the rental car. Thanks.

Flew in a few weeks ago for the Florida/LSU game. We won! Altogether a great stop. Surprisingly there was only one line greeter on a busy day like that, but Andrew did one heck of a job. Rentals were planeside, game gear loaded, pax escorted on their way. We were staying through the game, but our plane was serviced within minutes. This guy really did the work of three men, with a good attitude. We weren't his only customer either but we sure felt like it. Comfy recliners for the game, nice crew car, good local restaurant. Ask the front desk (forgot her name). We will certainly visit next time passing through.

Very friendly people. They greeted us at the plane and lent us a courteous car to get lunch.

Stopped in on 9/2/09 and the service was fantastic. We were met by a friendly face behind the desk, were given a very nice courtesy car to go into town with and had quick, quality service. We will be back!!
