Lineman stayed late on a Sunday to help us out. Nice table in the kitchen.

Staff was friendly, facilities were good and clean. Manager let me park my plane outside the front door for a couple of hours. Great to step right into the plane and depart!

Stopped for fuel. Price as advertised. Used the crew car to get a bite to eat. Computer worked great. Good stop for cheap fuel as always.

Flew into BTR for a long weekend to visit my daughter. I chose PAI, as there fuel costs were the cheapest of any on the field. When we arrived I pulled up to the self-service pumps and there was an elderly gentleman there to assist me. He grounded the airplane and pulled the hose out to my airplane to assist me. After fueling he also helped me push it over to a nearby tie down spot. As I was putting the cover on my plane he secured all of the tie downs. He even stayed after about 15 minutes after closing while we waited for our daughter to pick us up. The first night tie down was free with purchase of fuel and the 2nd night was just $10. The FBO was small but very clean including the restrooms and plenty of room for flight planning. The feel was of a good small airport FBO even though they are at a class C airport. I give them 2 thumbs up and will use them again in the future.

So-so service, but fuel is cheap. FBO is nice, neat and clean, but I'd be tempted to try one of their competitors.

I stayed over for a wedding. Gentleman with PAI was very helpful over the phone, remembered me when I arrived and assisted my ride with directions to the hangar. Accommodations were very well kept. Professional and personable. Thanks!

I just made a quick stop, but a polite gentleman from PAI met me at the pump and was ready to help me top-off.

Stopped in for fuel and a quick bite to eat. The gentleman that owns the place was very helpful and let us use the loaner. He has gotten a new Dodge since my last stop. Will always stop here for fuel and the facilities.

Always helpful. Best fuel price at BTR. The courtesy car is much appreciated.

Stopped in for fuel on 21 April. Used the self-serve pump and it was $3.69 a gallon. I know they have nice facilities, but they were closed on this Friday at 6:35PM. Walked down to their competitors FBO. Very nice facilities and flight planning area.
