After speaking to Ron Reynolds and explaining to him my needs, Million Air line and customer service staff has exceeded excellent service. If you have any issues talk to Ron; he will absolutely make it right. GREAT JOB FOLKS.

If you don't have a jet, you shouldn't expect anything over the top at Million Air. All of the other FBO's we stopped at, parked our plane right out front, were very service oriented, and went the extra mile to help out with our initial transport arrangements, location of amenities etc. At Million Air, however, it seemed pretty obvious that we were more of an inconvenience than anything else. Even tipping the ramp guys twice seemed to get very little appreciation. We flew in with a new Diamond Star DA40 and dressed very respectably. Standing next to other passengers in the Million Air lobby we certainly did not stick out so it's still a little puzzling why the service was poor (3 days in a row). On the positive side the front desk lady did waive our ramp fee for the 3 nights that we stayed in Burbank. In terms of facilities, everything was very clean; there was a nice briefing room, a TV room with foot massage, Internet access, vending machines, and cookies/juice available in the lobby.

I flew in to Burbank from Phoenix to drop off a passenger when I went to start my Bonanza...Nothing. Turned out to be a dead spot on the starter. Million Air's staff was very friendly and accommodating. They offered to call in a mechanic (Sunday night...No thanks!) and ultimately set me up with a rental car at the crew rate. No hassles the next day when my mechanic fixed the problem and I continued home. I bought fuel and they waived all fees. I'll be back!

Arrived around 4 pm for a one-night stay. Excellent service. Fuel wasn't cheap, but they waved their ramp fee since I bought 40 gallons. They do provide (and gave me) an AOPA discount of $.10 per gallon. Very nice FBO, extremely convenient location on the airport - all and all an outstanding experience.

Stopped by KBUR this past weekend to pick up a friend. I called ahead to make sure they knew I was coming, but for whatever reason my info got lost. Regardless, after a few calls to UNICOM, "Oscar" came out and directed my sad little C172 rental between several jets. My buddy was waiting, and we enjoyed Million Air's beautiful facility while my plane was refueled. Despite only being able to take on ~11gal, the young woman behind the desk cheerfully waived the ramp fee. We were on our way in no time! Based on this experience, I would gladly use Million Air again! Bravo!

Our Twinstar stopped at Million Air in late November 2008 for fuel. During fueling the lineman broke the gas cap. The pilot was told to send the bill for the cap and Million Air would be responsible for payment to fix. We had the gas cap replaced (repairing was not an option as bending it back into shape is not legal), The cap had to be replaced. We then faxed the bill over to Ron Reynolds. When it was explained it was the only fix and not legal he refused to pay for the damages. We will never use Million Air for anything in the future (especially in Burbank) because they do not stand behind their word and are negligent in their obligation to make right something that was damaged in their course of handling our aircraft. There are too many other GOOD AND REPUTABLE FBO's at the various airports across this country; we don't need to concern ourselves with those who do not value their clients or their word.
Response from Ron Reynolds, Operations Manager, Million Air Burbank The Line Technician that fueled the Diamond is a retired A & P with a long career in aviation. He has been with me for over 12 years and he did not bend the fuel cap. It would take superhuman strength to bend a metal fuel cap with your bare hands. He is not physically able to do this. In order to bend the cap to the extent that I observed, some one would have to take a hammer to it. We do not use tools on fuel caps to get them to close properly. I did ask the pilot to have someone contact me. Six weeks later I received a bill for $1016.80 that included an oil change. I did speak with someone and I simply said that I did not believe that we damaged the fuel cap. This would not be the first time that an aircraft arrived at an FBO with previous damage and expected the FBO to pay the repair bill. I am a pilot and I understand that damaged parts must be replaced and not repaired. I don't recall any lengthy discussion.

Maybe one of the coolest "airline airports" for GA yet. We were in and out easily in our Beech 33A this weekend. One of the first times our airplane was in the same "up front" parking spots on our departure morning that we left it in when we arrived two days earlier! Million Air provided us quick transportation to and from the Marriott, offered a crew car, and lineman Pat almost knew more history about my former airline employer than I did! Nice facility and fun people like Pat to talk with. Look for a change in ownership soon.

My family and I just got back from a weeklong trip to Burbank, our first time to LA and Hollywood on Jan 6, 2009. Million Air Burbank is one of the best and most friendly FBO'S I have ever been to and I have been flying since 1999. Make Million Air your next stop.

We came into Burbank unexpectedly with a generator failure. Million Air was the closest off the runway and it turned out to be wonderful. They got us a mechanic, lent us a car to get lunch and then got us a rental to continue our trip. They were just as helpful and friendly when we returned a week later to pick up the plane. Our little C-182 was parked next to a 737 and they treated us like we owned the big iron. Their friendliness and courtesy were greatly appreciated.

I parked at Million Air BUR on Friday Jun20th and was treated great. I was flying a C-210 and was treated like I was the Captain of Big Iron. Ron is a great manager and the rest of the crew reflects this fact. They really made my wait pleasant.

Flew in, in a Mooney. Nice facility, lineman waiting out front was initially parked out front and plane eventually towed to outskirts of their area (to be expected). Desk staff adequate, not overwhelmingly friendly. Yes, it's a place designed for jets, but it is convenient. I would return. Requested 15 for departure instead of 8 and it was great for southbound departure.

Went there yesterday for a quick run into downtown Burbank. As always they provided me with excellent service and a crew car. On return, it was night and I found out my landing light wasn't working. They lent me their crew car overnight and really helped me out.

I've commented favorably about Million Air, BUR, several times on AirNav. But, to arrive today and have them out of 100LL was an insult. I faxed them and they had my phones and email address. They could have warned me. The fax said I'd need fuel. Then to be told "perhaps tomorrow" when I didn't have enough fuel for the next flight was really bad. I had to taxi elsewhere, and buy more expensive fuel, with unhappy passengers, and went behind schedule. Shame on Million Air this time.

Oscar was great--helped cover the canopy on our RV-7, helped us with luggage & drove us to Budget rental (rented thru Hotwire.Com). Ladies at the desk were just super. It's best to call about their parking fee if leaving your plane for several nights. We had called & thought parking was $20 a night. However, after I talked to the manager, he informed me that parking has increased to $30 a night, but let me have it for $20. First night is waived if you buy gas so I had to pay $80 for 4 nights. Whiteman, 4 miles away, charges $5 a night. However, Whiteman is only serviced by one car rental, Enterprise, and their monopoly price was way too much (as we found out in Ruidoso, NM, recently). Anyway, after paying an AOPA 10% discount for gas, we left happy due to good service & considerate management. We recommend Million Air.

I know it sounds like I own stock in this FBO, but I don't. I fly a lot, and Million Air BUR is right at the top of my list. Single-engine piston, but they treat me right. Good service with a smile. You know you're at the right FBO when you walk in and there's a massage chair with a foot vibrator, and am indoor putting area. Anna and Rigo are top-notch staff people. As the gobernator says, "I'll be back."

Another fine experience at Million Air Burbank. Great line and desk service, even though I was in a single-engine Malibu-Mirage, and only stayed a couple of hours. Good service and attitude is why I keep returning.

Excellent FBO--most of the time. I've used Million Air three times for Angel Flights, and received royal treatment except for last week (line guy was pretty rude about quick turn/no fuel, and grumbled about paying the $45 ramp charge--which was ultimately waived, as usual for Angel Flight.) On another occasion, I bought fuel and was loaned a Jaguar sedan to pick up my friend at the airline terminal. Pretty nice!

I stopped in today for a client meeting. Million Air took the time to get me a rental car and had it waiting as I taxied to the ramp. I was in a (very dirty) 172 but the line guys were ok with it. They weren't too friendly but the service from the desk staff was FANTASTIC! I will use them again.

From BUR's Noise Compliance Office: Check at Million Air's desk for airport noise rules if operating 10p-7a. Restrictions and fines apply to certain GA jets, props and ops. Or, call 818-840-8830 (24 hrs.) and 122.9 (on field).

Flew in recently in our King Air for a weekend vacation with the family. Although it was HOT (>100F on the ramp), line service was prompt with our car and helpful with the bags. Desk staff was very friendly and addressed some special requests. Prices were reasonable. Will definitely use them again.

I used Million Air again on 9-18-2006 and needed to depart at 1 in the morning! I took a little fuel in my Malibu-Mirage because of weight issues. Once again, the desk and line staff was top-notch with attitude and helpfulness with everything from the well-priced rent-a-car to the fuel at the odd hour. A terrific FBO.
