I was in Jet Aviation with a Taylor Craft. I had to practically buy my airplane back. The fees were practically equal to the cost of fuel. Your fuel prices are the highest on the field. The Ala carte of fees were stifling. Down the ramp, the other two FBOs don't charge me for any fees. I buy fuel every time from all FBOs. The staff was excellent. I had 5 line personnel surround me to assist. Very impressive. The CSR was very friendly and helpful. I was very compelled to tip them all.

Flew into Bozeman to pick up Angel flight passengers on the 14th of May, Mother's Day. I was very impressed with the service, in particular, they offered good accommodations and waiting area for my patients--and they even had dog biscuits for our service dog. What I was disappointed in is it had the highest gas prices in the area with service fees etcetera tacked on to full service. I informed them that we were an Angel Flight mission to no avail. Ended up to be $7.61 a gallon for Phillips 66 100LL. This compares to the price of gas for 100LL at Billings of $4.67 a gallon. Neighboring FBO was only slightly cheaper at $7.00 a gallon. Very disappointing they didn't allow any discount on services for charity operations and also attached a service charge on top of the higher fuel prices for full service.

Flew in today in my 182 and was treated as if I were flying a G5. The line crew literally ran to guide me in, chocked my tires and, without my asking, offered a crew car to get some food in town and to ferry my passenger and his luggage to the airline terminal. Everyone was friendly and professional. An excellent experience for my first time at Jet Aviation but not my last.

Go Rentals KBZN Team is so important to us. Joana Nicola, Dakota and crew knows the effort it takes to be called the Best they have always provided a benchmark rental service. Jet Aviation Ron Schneider, Casie and crew are the most dependable and personal FBO staff that always preforms above expectations even under the pressure of high-capacity events!

Everyone was friendly, facilities were modern and nice, they got us a rental car and brought it out to plane on arrival, but lots of unusual problems. Specific instructions left for fueling were not followed (no fuel uploaded while I was away). Not plugged in to heat engines. Lineman fueling plane put ladder up against skin of plane, I moved it out an inch, he pushed it back against plane, so I moved it away again, then after filling one tank they held the dribbling fuel nozzle over my cockpit cover, drenching it in jet fuel...Just odd/unnecessary mistakes/poor training? The first fuel truck broke while trying to fuel my plane, and then the second did too. We had to wait 30 minutes for the third. They billed me for the wrong plane's stay and fuel, and then called me while I was rolling for takeoff to try and correct their mistake. Perhaps not their best day.
