Fantastic little airport for GA use. Great access to Atlanta. Nice FBO with weather and SS fuel.

The line staff at CCO do a great job and work hard to accommodate everyone. Services are limited to obtaining fuel, but they do the best they can. This airport has tremendous potential, but for the near-term it is only a fuel stop.

Good place to stop to visit Callaway Gardens. The Callaway shuttle won’t pick up day-trippers, but the FBO is gracious enough to pick up the slack. Really nice FBO manager (older gentleman, can't remember his name). Offered to stick around and pick us up if we wanted to stay at Callaway longer than the published FBO hours. Nice. To Mr. Citation II, remember that the FAA asks that you become familiar with all available information concerning that flight (91.103). Don't knock an airport because you couldn't be bothered to pick up a telephone to ask these questions ahead of time. You can't simply demand a heated hangar, a tow tractor and a GPU from an airport that doesn't intend to provide it. Do you also bark at the hotel manager at Motel 6 when not greeted with a Champaign breakfast? Lighten up.

This is a place for relatively cheap fuel, but don't expect ANY aircraft related services. We came in later afternoon in our Citation II with the intention of staying overnight. Concerned about frost/freezing rain we asked to be hangared for the night, then we were told they don't have hangars, or any way to tug the aircraft!!! We bought a few gallons of gas and asked for a GPU to start...Nope, don't have that either. I knew better than to ask if they could do lave service. The line guy, an older fellow, did his best to accommodate us but this airport FBO is right out of the 1960's. If you want to make just a quick fuel stop, KCCO is fine. If you need any additional services, you'll have to go to Falcon Field (KFFC) just a few miles away. FFC has a heated hangar and a full service facility, but their fuel is usually a bit more expensive.
