We were a Medevac pair of aircraft arriving at midnight. After paying $600 in fuel and a call out fee, we were immediately kicked out to wait in the cold for hours until our medical teams arrived because they refused to keep the office open once we were done getting fuel. Not impressed. Sitting in an airplane in low 40's temperature is not my idea of stellar service.
We were an after-hours arrival. We called ahead to make sure they would be open and staffed for us. We were met and assisted when we pulled into the ramp. Our turn was about three hours long. We were made to feel at home during the three hours, waiting for our pax to return. No charge for the after hours service! Nicest ramp guy, who doubled as the CSA, you'd ever meet. Thank you to Concord Jet Center and the staff. Top notch. Pilot lounge could be a little nicer and bigger, but it worked for us.
