I have had a good relationship with Paragon for the last few years now, and I only have positive things to say about them. I recently hired Paragon Aircraft Service to perform a prepurchase inspection on my second airplane, a Cessna 310R (twin). They helped me with that very big decision. I have had a positive experience working with Tim and Steve over the years. They are highly knowledgeable about and experienced with both twin-engine and single-engine Cessna, and were very skilled and thorough in the inspections they conducted for me in the past. I highly recommend this shop for its competence, expedience and friendly service. Whether you are a local pilot, or an out-of-town owner, this is the trustworthy and reliable service to depend on for all of your airplane maintenance/repair/inspection needs.

I flew in on October 4, 2005 and had a minor problem with the fitting on my vacuum pump. Even though I could tell they were super busy, Tim and staff took a quick look at it, made a ten minute repair and I was all set. And best of all, no charge for this minor repair. They could have taken advantage of an out of state traveler, but instead treated me like a regular customer. Real class!

Tim and Steve have been maintaining my aircraft (PA28, and several T210s) since 1989 and they are knowledgeable, responsive and good communicators. Working with them has been a pleasure, whether for prepurchase inspections, routine maintenance and annuals, or removing/reinstalling engines in connection with overhaul.
