You can get gas anywhere. You CANNOT get personalized, personal treatment anywhere. But, you can here, at Bob Sikes. We arrived with OUR DOGS! Well-behaved, trained, and restrained, but the cadre at CEW serviced our airplane, using pads to cushion the fuel valves from damaging the paint, and met our aircraft with a personal and warm welcome for us and our fur-friends who were traveling with us. After seeing to our every need, including a large quantity of 'break-in' oil for our new engine, they sent us on our way with the certain knowledge that, when we would return, it would be to top-notch service from a crew of professionals. It's great to have these people so near to our home base, and to know they are full-service, leaning forward. Well done, Jonathan and Lance!

Everything you could want. Easy in and out. No ATC sending you out over the Gulf on departure like Destine. Not crowded. A few military helicopters occasionally. Sandestin 27 miles away and about an hour drive. Took me that long at Destine waiting on a ride. Ramp fee $10 night, one night waved for fill up.

I came in to CEW on June 26. Met us at the plane, took care of everything we needed right away. Stayed overnight but no fee, just bought some fuel. Great service and great airport. I will come back. A lot of military opps here. We watched the OSPRY touch & goes. Cool aircraft.

Emerald Coast was super. The staff went out of their way to help us. My Landing gear had to be hand pumped down and the A&P mechanic was most helpful and check my plane out. We rented a car from Enterprise through Emerald Coast and it was ready to go when we got there. The plane was in the hangar, cool and easy to load. They even arranged to have my biannual instrument inspection done while we were there. I recommend this FBO and airport highly. It is much safer, less crowded and more pleasant than landing at Destin.

I used Emerald Coast Aviation for a visit to Destin. Great service -- brought the rental car right out to the airplane, parked the Cessna and tied it up after unloading, and had great fuel prices to boot. Great chocolate chip cookies on the counter and low fuel prices put the icing on the cake. I'll definitely use them again for any future visits to the Emerald Coast!

On the way to and from Sun and Fun we stopped at KCEW. The FBO Emerald Coast was outstanding! On the way down we just got fuel at a good price and a fast friendly turn. On the way back bad storms covered most of Texas so we decided to stay in Crestview. It was late and we needed a ride to the hotel. They gave us a brand new loner car for the night and got us a special rate on the hotel. These people are outstanding.

Emerald Coast is a FIRST CLASS FBO. I arrived after 1600 on Good Friday, called on Unicom before landing, and had a line-boy guiding me in to a parking spot. He said he would park and tie the airplane after he got my reserved rental car to the airplane and loaded it. The contract for the rental car was already written, fresh coffee and cookies awaited, and the price of avgas was more than $1.00 cheaper than at Destin. The rental car was also much cheaper, and there were no hidden costs. It's only 20 miles to Niceville, Destin, Eglin AFB, and Ft. Walton Beach. The employees are friendly, the bathrooms, "snooze room", and flight-planning rooms were spotless. This is THE FBO in the area.

Stopped in at Bob Sikes and Emerald Coast Aviation to top off today. Staff (Jonathan and David) was extremely helpful, facilities were great, crew car was available, and fuel price was very reasonable. I highly advise anyone in the area needing a place to re-fuel consider stopping here. Chappy's BBQ down the road was a great find too. We'll be back!

We stopped in on our way to the National Championship Game that Oklahoma was playing in Miami, was treated very friendly, although didn't find any Oklahoma Fans around the airport, fuel prices were still cheap. We stopped back by on the way home, was just the same as the first stop, very friendly and great service. Thank Again!

Emerald Coast Aviation is outstanding! We have stopped at Crestview several times this year and they have been consistently a great FBO. The last time we stopped there the weather got bad while we took the courtesy car to lunch and when we returned they had put the airplane in the hangar. If you need a place to get fuel in Florida, stop here. They go above and beyond to give great service.

I was on my way from Phoenix to Tampa for an air show at MacDill AFB. I've traveling around for air shows for ten years now and found the hospitality and professionalism at Emerald Coast Aviation to be outstanding. The weather kept me there for a couple days, and the people were great. From Jonathon to Allison to Brad to Vanessa, I give Emerald Coast Aviation an A+. I highly recommend stopping there for fuel, service or to spend the night.

Ok, Guys let me tell you first hand that if you are flying into the Panhandle you have to STOP at Bob Sikes (KCEW). The new owners are the best that I have ever seen. We fly down to the Sandestin area once a month or so. We leave a car there on their property they meet us at the plane with the car and when we get ready to leave they park in and replace the car cover. The fuel is very reasonable to what we were paying. The pilot lounge is very nice and first class. We had issues with our Piper last month they jumped right on it and we were out the next day. Unlike Destin-Fort Walton Beach (KDTS) airport you may land at Bob Sikes without a landing fee, fuel being twice the going rate, and the staff watching you to make sure you don't take a cookie without paying for it. I would like to Thank the staff at KCEW for making our trips much better.

On a recent cross-country from DFW Exec to Gainesville, I had to make a fuel stop due to changing winds, and chose to overnight. The hospitality was great with prompt arrangements for lodging and a crew car. Many thanks---we'll be back!

We fly to the FLA. Panhandle for business and the new owners are very much improved over the old guys. Some of the perks were: new crew car, great attitude, and nice pilot lounge.

We were at Sikes today with maintenance issues on our C-172. The staff at Emerald Coast was very hospitable. They went above and beyond the call. We are very appreciative of their hospitality. Their acts of kindness were not unnoticed. We will recommend this FBO to anyone who is traveling in the area. Thanks a million.

Dropped in on 2/11/09 with an electrical system issue. Brad (the DOM) met me at the airplane and got right on it. Meanwhile, Jonathan got me a rental car and hotel room at very good prices. The maintenance is top-notch and so is the customer service. The fuel prices are much less than Destin. I heartily recommend CEW.

Great FBO! Delivering a Musketeer from CA to FL stopped at Emerald Coast Aviation and was helped a lot. Great airport, fantastic location. They helped get us good motel rates, transportation service and they were happy doing it. I look forward to delivering another airplane to FL, ... But, ... Not another Musketeer!!

I dropped into KCEW on the recommendation of my friend who was in earlier in his BE200. Jonathan and his crew are the best. Quick and attentive. Even with my little Liberty XL2. Huge ramp and runway. A great place for quick turns for a large aircraft...And they have Starbucks coffee. These guys are true professionals and it's obvious that they love what they're doing. Oh, they don't rip your head off on fuel prices either.

Lots of activity since the changeover of the FBO contract. Definitely stop by. Brad and team are ready to meet your every need. I came up Sunday to put a few landings in the logbook and was very pleased by the prompt fuel service and the professionalism of the line staff. This is definitely a great place to stop and visit.
