Received a warm welcome on a stormy afternoon & was afforded the use of their Hummer crew car to conduct some local business. All was looking good. Furthermore, I was quoted an attractive AvFuel contract fuel price, which motivated a 430-gallon top-off. But then came the rub: the subsequent invoice from AvFuel had a much ($0.85/gal) higher charge. An angry email to CJC about the misinfo that I had been given resulted in a quick apologetic response from Trace Talley (GM). He promised to rectify the situation ASAP. Subsequently I received a phone call from our AvFuel rep indicating that Mr. Talley had contacted them asking that the fuel invoice be reissued based on the quoted price, even if it came from CJC's pocket. Our AvFuel rep related that "I have honestly never heard someone from an FBO be so concerned & quick to mitigate the mistake as Trace was." Bravo CJC and Mr. Trace Talley...... It's great that business ethics, along with great service, are alive & well in America.

Flew in on 1/11/12 in our Bonanza N85WM for 4 days - superb service, hangar available and Avis car was warmed and ready. This new management is great! Many thanks!

Landed with my RV-8 and was treated like I was in a G5. They pulled the rental car up to the plane with the trunk open and then put the plane in the hangar for a very fair price after topping it off. Even though my top off was under their minimum, they didn't add any extra charges. Chris was the person we dealt with and it was a great experience for us. The rental car was also a fair price.

Outstanding service!! Flew in on a Sunday to be greeted by a helpful staff seeing to our every need. Arranged for transportation in their crew car, while we were gone they put our plane in the hangar due to high winds, going the extra mile! Thanks to the awesome staff at the Jet Center!!

Service has really gone down hill. Landed here last weekend. No one there to marshall us in to parking on a ramp filled with jets. Upon arrival, the line guy told me that there were no ramp or overnight fees with a fuel purchase, so I ordered fuel. When we showed up for departure, the plane wasn't fueled (they couldn't even find the fuel order) and we had to wait for the fuel truck. Then, they socked me with $30 "overnight" fee. When asked, the girl told me that they waive the ramp fee with fuel purchase, but not their "overnight" or "facility" fee ($15/night x 2 nights, for a Cirrus, chocked on their ramp). After telling her what her lineman had said, she weakly offered to remove the charge but, by then, I'd had it, paid the bill and left. I'll find a new airport and FBO in the future. The people here are disingenuous at best. Lost Nation doesn't have nearly as nice of a facility, but the service is better and fuel prices lower. And it's only a few miles away.

I made a one-hour stopover for fuel in my 172RG. What a wonderful experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and I received repeated offers of assistance. A well-equipped and modern facility too. I left feeling like the captain of a business jet.

By far the best FBO we've been to in years! Superb service. Great personnel who assisted with everything we needed and went out of their way to take care of everything we needed. Every other FBO should pay close attention to how these folks treat people. This stopover was an absolute pleasure thanks to the courteous staff.

First return trip in 2011 in the PC-12, but the excellence of the line and staff personnel is outstanding! They go the extra mile for the customer. Heavy loads, suitcases, unusual requests and they handle it with SERVICE as their motto. Happy to see Joe and Lisa greet us as if we were daily customers. As needed, we will return here.

The PC-12 was safely secured in the hangar for a two-day stay and out of the overnite low temps and snow. Joe, Keith, Lisa and the crew performed admirably. We enjoyed being back at this great facility and always friendly service. Hilton Garden Inn discount is nice, too!

Finally! An FBO worthy of high praise. I don't make a lot of positive comments on AirNav because to tell you the truth, just doing your job is not good enough for me. 100% is expected, 105% is superior. However, when three people from one FBO go out of their way to make sure my trip runs perfectly, this gets my attention. And although the line and desk were superior, I have to congratulate management on a job well done. These folks would not act this way unless they have management that lives, breathes and sleeps on customer service. Congratulations! You made my day! Thank you for proving that somebody still cares.

My parents were truly impressed as their car was brought along side our Mooney as we were being parked. Personnel also helped me fix a loose alternator wire. Beautiful facility with all the expected amenities. Outstanding service!

On my latest visit to the Cleveland area, I tried the Jet Center at KCGF (County). Without a doubt, they are one of the best FBO's that I've ever visited. Their fuel prices are reasonable and their service is off the charts terrific. They helped me unload and load our bags into our Cirrus, filled our cooler with ice and treated us like we flew in with a G5, not an SR22. And they didn't charge us any overnight fees for 3 days on their ramp. This place is my new FBO when I fly to Cleveland. The place is beautiful and they know what service means. This is the place.

Fantastic treatment received at Cleveland Jet Center. The lineman went out of his way to help us and carried our bags. He even offered us a ride when our friend was late picking us up. The lady at the desk helped get our cooler iced down and made sure our plane was fueled and ready to go on departure day. I have been here twice and would definitely stop again. Thanks for the great service.

Stopped by to pick up and drop off our son over the past weekend. Treated our Bonanza as if we were G-V. Very friendly, helpful, even offered us free burgers and hot dogs and (soft) drinks. While we were away, they washed my son's car. Can't imagine a better place to stop, we will be back!

Exceptional! Line guys were standing waiting to direct to parking, immediately asking what I needed, and ushered me inside to their unbelievably nice FBO.. Pilot lounge, conference room, bathrooms, main area, and all staff were awesome! Will be back.

Outstanding FBO. They had a Hummer waiting for us to transport my Angel Flight passenger to the Cleveland Clinic free of charge. Then they almost insisted I take one of their brand new courtesy cars to grab a bite to eat. Fantastic service in a beautiful facility. It's nice to see an FBO that does it right!

Joe met the PC-12 when we arrived on the 26th, after 9PM. He transported us to Hilton Garden Inn (great "pilot rate") in one of the Hummer's. Joe was there again next morning when ready to depart. As always, excellent service and attitude by everyone. We always return to quality FBO's who give at the 110% level!

Another quick turn to drop off one passenger and have tanks topped off for a non-stop flight to Denver Centennial in the PC-12. One "lone Lineman" took care of our needs and got us on our way in a short time. Even with some 137 kt headwinds enroute, we still made our time at KAPA. Cleveland Jet Center performed again as expected at the 110% level! Your organization deserves FBO of the Year!

WOW! The PC-12 had to stay an extra day due to personal commitments, but it is warm and tucked away in a very nice hangar. Lisa gave me a tour of the wonderful facility; that will definitely rival Sugarland, TX for FBO of the year! Tim provided me with support to vacuum the carpeting and add some oil. These personnel are very well trained in providing CUSTOMER SERVICE at the 110% level! I can't wait to return when it is not 19 F and snowing! Kudos to owner, manager and all personnel. Happy New Year!

PC-12 first time to this fabulous FBO! We arrived late due to morning storm in Denver, but Matt took care of our needs immediately; parking, passenger service, fueling and 2 nights hangar. Exemplary service by well-trained and knowledgeable personnel. That is the secret to customers wanting to return. We will spread the word!

Wow! What a great FBO- you would think we arrived in a G-V with empty tanks requesting a top-off. We landed here due to the airshow at BKL. Despite the need for a longer taxi ride into Cleveland, this FBO was worth the visit.

We arrived last evening from KMTN and the place was great! My friend that was picking us up was putting golf balls on the practice green next to the ramp when we arrived. The ramp attendant greeted our C172 and treated us like we were a G4!!! I asked him to top off our tanks and he said sure and then he asked if I wanted him to clean our windshield!! Where have you EVER heard that? I said great and thanked him. I can't recommend this place more highly! Thanks for everything and I can't wait to return!

Flew in yesterday to bring my father in for a medical procedure. The people at CJC were absolutely fantastic. They provided us a courtesy car that was parked and waiting right next to our aircraft. The facility is second to none. I can't say enough about that operation!

I had to make a precautionary landing last month at KCGF to investigate an electrical malfunction. Despite being a Sunday with no mechanics on the field, the people at Cleveland Jet did a first rate job of contacting help and arranging ground transportation for me. It's a great FBO.
