Diverted here because Lakefront closes at 7 pm now due to construction at night. Friendly staff, great service. 10 gal fuel purchase waives fees. Definitely recommend.

AngelFlight. Top not service with a very generous fuel discount.

Super friendly and helpful service for a C210 owner/pilot. Even stuck my bird in a hangar (shh, don't tell the boss; it was free overnight) since a strong line of storms was on its way through. I did take fuel, because that was the right thing to do. Feeding the goldfish out front some of my fresh popcorn while I awaited the Uber ride was a pleasant distraction after a busy IFR flight. Highly recommended.

4/15/17-4/16/17 Overnight stay for Easter weekend to catch a baseball game. Terrific staff treated us well. Facility is clean and fully loaded with amenities. Parking and overnight fee waived for my B55 Baron with fuel. Even though fuel is a little more expensive than at home, the experience was great and less expensive than flying into some of the other choices in Cleveland. Only a 20-minute Uber ride to our downtown hotel. We will definitely make this our choice for our next stay in Cleveland.

We stopped at the Cleveland Jet Center in our Cessna 182 for an overnight stay on September 15 and departed September 16, 2016. The service was absolutely incredible. Every employee we encountered was welcoming and helpful. The lobby and restrooms were unique and well-maintained. We would definitely fly in to Cuyahoga County on our next trip to Cleveland.

My son and I flew into KCGF yesterday, thinking that would be an easier way to get to the airshow at KBKL than flying there directly. We parked next to a G-V, were treated like kings by the counter lady, grabbed an Uber, and had a great time watching the Blue Angels... Except for the part where the airplane keys fell out of my shorts pocket. I didn't discover this sad fact until we'd gotten back to KCGF and I'd finished the preflight. Mark and Paul, the two linemen on duty, helped me find another similar key; once we verified that it would mechanically operate the ignition, they hooked me up with a Cadillac SRX crew car and directions to the nearest Ace Hardware. 20 minutes later, I had a functioning key and was ready for takeoff. A+++ would lose keys again. Thanks for the help, guys. If your plans take you to metro Cleveland, consider KCGF.

I flew into CGY on Tuesday 8/2/16 in my BE35 Bonanza and was treated as if I was flying a Falcon or Commander. The service was top notch, rental car brought out almost as soon as I shut down. I call this morning to inform them of my departure and my plane was right in front of the terminal and the line guys helped me remove the cabin cover, fueled and ready to go. They waived one day's fee as I did top off. Fuel was a little pricey, but the service compensated for it, I shall return.
