Had an unexpected stop here with our 3 vintage birds on the way to Blakesburg, IA for the Antique Assoc. Meet. Strongest and most gusty winds of my flying history. We were greeted, not just met by airport manager Bill Kieffer who had Ron take professional care of us. Courtesy car was loaned, sent to the old train depot for a wonderful lunch and we took a tour of a beautiful town full of friendly people. A local pilot Pat O'Donnel saved us after hours with a tire inflate and got us a hangar! This is how we take care of strangers at SLG, we will always return to Chillicothe!
