We received an abundance of hospitality on our visit to Northgate Aviation in Chico. Super friendly staff willing to go the extra mile. They even walked out to our plane later in the day to see if there was anything we needed. You don't get that kind of attention at most FBO's these days. I will make it a point to visit Chico and Northgate Aviation in the near future.

Friendly and efficient. Had to spend most of the day here and found it very comfy. Bummer that there was no crew car though. Sandwich next door at the Deli was quite tasty too.

Came to KCIC a few months ago. Parked at Northgate Aviation. Was very pleased with my experience. Friendly staff willing to help me (and my friend on the phone trying to find the airport) out. I will be back again soon.

As always the staff at Northgate were very helpful with top-notch customer service. The facility is clean and welcoming. Hats off to Northgate.

We arrived in our 172 and were welcomed by Max the Terrier and a helpful staff. Fuel order was taken care of as expected and they waived a night's parking fee with the fuel purchase. Thanks Northgate!

These Guys went above and beyond customer service, I was stuck there, needed a rental car, they helped me out all the way.. Not just walking one extra mile but 50 extra miles. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT!
