Asked to put my Bonanza on a tie-down because of thunderstorm threat. It was never done. Had to show management where their tie-down was on the fence line. Poor customer service with no other choices in KCLE. Forced to pay high prices for poor service. Unacceptable.

Service was good, people and facilities are nice. New $10 security fee. Prices for fuel and services are out of hand.

Atlantic was great, I topped off my RV7A with a whopping 7.5 gallons and they waived the $40 fee (the fuel cost $42 :-) BE AWARE that the City of Cleveland has its own landing fee! I got a bill in the mail for $20.

Nice people to deal with. Gas prices high - but if you buy 15 gallons you avoid any and all fees if you are just there for a short time.
