Flew recently to Columbus in a C172. Received superb service! Million Air is starting a concierge service that includes transportation, hotel arrangements, etc. I was treated as though I had arrived in a private jet! My congratulations to Million Air and my personal thanks to the concierge, Ricky Belle.

I have flown in several times and the service is always outstanding -- rental car ready as promised, courteous/efficient linemen, A+ overall

Flew into CMH for a short trip Sun afternoon (Cessna 182). Excellent facility, top notch service. Was parked right at the door, plane was fueled before I left the building, offered courtesy car for transportation, not one minute waiting for anything. Absolutely perfect service at a great facility, would certainly recommend it highly.

What a great experience! Bill and his crew couldn't have done more! The rental vehicle came right up to the aircraft when the jets shut down, plenty of personnel to help with the luggage for 10 people, they even took one of their own vans to help us in comfort to the hotel. Then the same great service on departure, Jet was on ramp in pole position bright and early. Great attitude, great service, wonderful people and facilities. We will definitely return to this superb FBO. Thanks to all!

I made an online reservation, phoned the day before, and radioed 30 minutes out for a cab to be waiting - no luck - 30 minute wait. For departure the next day, I left instructions on when to have the plane on the ramp, and called 30 minutes ahead leaving the hotel. No luck - 30 minute wait until I went out and personally collared one of the line guys with a tug. Nice people, but service really fell short. There's no excuse for having to cool your heels in an FBO for over an hour on a trip, especially with these fuel prices.

Many thanks to Bill Tylka and his team for assisting us with our P-51 rides event at my old home town of Columbus. WWII aircraft can sometimes be a bit difficult to deal with but Tom, Matt, AJ, Sean, Barbara and team made things go very smooth. We very much look forward to coming back to the great service at MillionAir again! Clear skies and Go Buckeyes (Class 1980)!

Service above and beyond. Greeted by a lineman who directed me to park in front of the FBO. Friendly counter service. Free ride to my hotel. Noticed I'd left my master switch on and called, came to the hotel, collected the keys, and turned it off. Super mechanic recharged the battery - no charge. Can't say enough good things about this FBO!

Exceptionally friendly service. We were not charged a ramp, handling or overnight fee. I assume fee waived with fuel purchase.
