Landed for a fuel stop and bathroom break. The airport has a self-serve pump for 100LL. Attempted to refuel, but the pumps only worked for 10 seconds and quit. The airport attendant was mowing the grass (by the way, the grass trimmings were all over the runways) and ignored the fact that I was apparently having problems. I had to walk completely to the opposite side of the airport to get him to help me. He told me that the pumps sometimes don't work. I wouldn't stop here for fuel because the self-serve pumps are unreliable.

Nobody home when we stopped in the middle of the day on a weekday, but door to small terminal building was open. Phone, weather computer, and bathroom available.
