Line service was terrible. Very little help when we arrived and about the same when we left. We had a late departure and had been on the hangar list for a couple of days. We were worried about frost on the aircraft and asked if they could at least put our jet in the hangar for an hour. Shuffling things around and paying for a 1/2 day of hangar is a good deal for everybody. I was told no and on top of that, they wouldn't deice us until after a Delta 757 charter departed. There apparently is another company on the field that deices aircraft over by the terminal. DON'T GO THERE. Most places charge per gallon, this place (IDS) charges a "flat fee". We used 12 gallons for a total of $546. This could have all been avoided had the line service manger exercised some good customer service principles. Not to mention, had he helped his company make money instead of losing a customer and on top of that outsourcing stuff that the Jet Center could have done. The CSRs were great though.

My family started migrating to COS twenty years ago and I have logged over 60 visits to Colorado jetCenter. I'll admit that I'm normally a fan of the other FBO, but the great folks at CJC always keep me coming back here. They are consistently friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to provide 5-star service even to those of us who don't travel in multi-million dollar jets. A few of them even know me by name! I'm sure most pilots would appreciate the glitter next door, but the real gold can be found at Colorado jetCenter.

Passed through Colorado Jet center recently! Sandy and Dan the tall man were AWESOME to work with! NOTE! CAA is voting RIGHT NOW! Get your votes in for this FBO! See ya soon! (Merlin crew)

Can't say enough good things about Colorado Jet Center. Called ahead to find no ramp fee and $6 overnight tiedown with no fuel purchase. I filled up to support them even though I didn't need fuel.

I agree completely with the previous comment during my stay from 5/21-5/23 in a Grumman Tiger.

Can't say enough good! Sandy and the crew were the best. We got the red carpet treatment even for our little Piper Arrow. Arrived 5/12/18 and left out 5/13/18.

Landed in snow and fog. Met at ramp in front of terminal with car waiting. Needed to remove ice before departing and was provided hangar space to defrost airplane. Attention to detail and friendly service. Thank you from my family and me.
