We stopped here with the Lancair for customs and fuel. Fuel is never cheap at Customs stops, no exception here. This was an excellent stop. Customs and staff were very helpful and welcomed us to the city. After a hot morning bouncing around the foothills this was a great spot to rest for an hour. The facilities were great, lots of staff were available and our mutts got a lot of attention. I would definitely return.

Stopped overnight and Brittany and Josh could not have been more helpful with refueling, rental car, hotel and recommendations for dinner and for Casper Ghosts baseball game! Very friendly and courteous! I highly recommend this FBO! Our 10am departure was delayed by a faulty mag, and naturally this happened on a Saturday!! Fortunately Bill Howell, Maintenance Mgr, was there and began troubleshooting, and he brought in A&P Terry Hansen who was able to replace a part and get us on our way by 2:30pm! Kudos to Bill and Terry!

This is our forth time of excellent service from Atlantic Aviation. Most recently we flew in on July 3rd from Erie, CO and stayed there for 4 days with several day trip to Lander, WY. The line guys met us and were always pleasant and accommodating. Two individuals stood out Julie and Dennis McKinney for their exceptional hospitality and service. One of the evening a storm developed and the Atlantic Aviation crew pulled my airplane into the hangar. Julie has been so helpful on numerous occasions. Each time she greets my 88 year old mother who drives out to pick me up and reassures her that things are OK if I'm running a few minutes late. There can't be a better FBO than Atlantic at Casper Airport.

Our third time of good service at Atlantic-Casper. Most recently this past weekend for 3 days, flew in from Jackson Hole in the T206. The line guys have met us and been nice and accommodating, car rentals have been ready. The past two times when we departed they had the plane right at the doors ready to go, last time they plugged the engine heat in too. Fuel prices are reasonable, service is very good, nice people, a nice stop.

I have been to hundreds of FBOs, and have experienced some great service. But Julie has to be the best. She's awesome. Stop there even if you don't need to. Oh, .. The rest of the crew is really good too.

Bill Howell, Manager, and his crew are first rate. I was in a rented 2004 C-172 stopping for gas. It was a hot summer afternoon and the lightweight starter burned out. Turns out Bill is an A&P as well and to make a long story short - Even though it was 4:30 in the afternoon, the starter was replaced and I flew on with my cross country adventure at a remarkably reasonable time of 9:30 the next morning. This was in the middle of summer and they were busy. These guys are great; I was lucky they had a starter in stock. If I had re-fueled in Rock Springs my flying vacation would have been over right there. Since then I broke down bought an '83 M20J. On my next flight near there I'll stop by to say hi to the gang. This time though, I won't feel obligated to share my home made Oatmeal Raisin Walnut Coconut Cinnamon cookies. Likely though they can meet the chef.

My wife and I arrived just ahead of a thunderstorm late this afternoon and were thoroughly impressed with the friendliness and level of service provided by the folks at Atlantic KCPR. Got a great pilot's rate at a hotel with shuttle to pick us up. They moved several planes already in the hangar to fit ours in. Weather computer, wifi, refreshment station, and comfortable lounge. A great stop on our cross-country flight!

Thanks for the great customer service last week when flying thru. It is a pleasure to run into people who enjoy there jobs so much and care about the little airplanes and not just the kerosene burners! Many thanks for offering the storage as well.

Excellent customer service. Overnighted at CPR. Ramada pilot rate $75 with transportation provided by hotel (Lingerie Night on Wednesday in hotel bar). Waived hangar fee for overnight.

Very friendly service, nice lounge, and overnight hangar for weather-stranded travelers made up for the high fuel price. They have a discount with the Best Western in town, which picks up for free. Atlantic certainly caters to the kerosene crowd, but unlike some "executive" FBOs, they really take care of the little guy here, too.

Customer service excellent. With prior coordination, they had a start cart (borrowed from FedEx) out for external air. Topped off, hooked up and turned within 30 minutes both times. Quick, efficient turn.

Excellent service. Landed last Friday on a windy afternoon, and the line folks had the plane chocked before I could even get out. Keys to the rental car were waiting inside for me. Reasonably priced fuel at the self-serve pump at the N end of the field.

Nice FBO with good service, but I paid 25 cents per gallon more for full service 100LL than what is listed on this site. Even the SS 100LL is overly pricey!
