  Two minutes after the front wheel was chocked the rental car was pulled up beside the plane and 5 minutes later we were out of the gate. On return, we were thru the FBO to pay for the top off and out on the ramp in 5 minutes as well. Thanks for your kind and efficient service.

  Made 3 trips to KCRG this month for family emergencies. On one trip, I got in late Friday afternoon and needed emergency services to get one of the main gear tires replaced on my 182. Despite being almost to "closing time" on a weekend, Sky Harbor called NE Florida Aviation and they were able to get me in the hangar and get the tire replaced and get me on my way in an hour. All in all an EXCELLENT experience and great service by both Sky Harbor, and NE Florida Aviation.

  Stopped at Sky Harbor to drop off a friend. Nice lineman met us on arrival. Front desk folks were very nice with no service or user charge. Did not need fuel, but the fuel prices I noticed did look a little high when compared with other local airports. A good experience and would certainly stop again or recommend Sky Harbor.

  We arrived last night for a concert at the Florida Theater. Taxi was waiting on ramp upon our arrival. FBO stayed open past normal hours to accommodate our late departure. CSR and lineman could not have been more accommodating! Great southern hospitality! We'll be back.

  I had a last minute flight on 4/6/11 and my tug broke down early that morning. The line service guy (who was the only one on duty at that hour) came over quickly and pulled me out of the hangar at no expense and then quickly fueled the aircraft. Definitely was some of the better service that I've seen in Jacksonville. Good job guys, and thank you!

  Used Sky Harbor for a two night stay to attend the Gator Bowl. The line crew was prompt and marshalling the airplane and with tie downs. I had made a Hertz car reservation thru AOPA's link and it was there will all the paper work ready to go. Christie was very helpful. Fueled up at their self-serve fuel before departure, which a much better deal than the full service price. The facility was nice as were the people. No complaints.

  I recently had opportunity to travel to Craig in my single engine prop two days in a row. I used a different FBO each day. Both had good people and good service. Coincidentally both had high FS fuel prices and low SS fuel prices. The self serve fuel pumps are located far from their respective FBO's, confusing for a first time visitor. If the fuel prices are similar then the physical facility at Sky Harbor is nicer and their snacks are better.

  I have visited Sky Harbor on multiple occasions in a Lear 25/35. The line staff is very attentive and always has our passengers' rental cars pulled on the ramp prior to arrival. On our last visit, we found out they have a new fuel rewards program where you receive $25 for every 50 gallons purchased over 100. This netted my copilot and I $75 bucks each when I purchased 400 gallons!! Even Atlantic Rewards can't beat that! We will continue to use Sky Harbor when landing at KCRG.

  Arrived Friday afternoon. Quick fuel service. Returned Saturday morning 0810, no one around at all. Door and gate locked. Sign on door read "Sorry we missed you." Telephone number on sign was to a recording at a real estate office.

  Labor Day 2010-Chose Sky Harbor to get the Hertz rental. Arrived to the ramp and nobody came out to park me in my Cher 180. Called 3 times on 122.95, no answer. Finally parked myself. After shutdown, a line guy came out and said he'd have to move me-connected a tug to my front fork and gave it a jerk-the tow bar popped off and broke the top of my wheel pants... The guy picked up the connector, cussed and threw it up in the air..We got my tow bar and moved it manually. I requested fuel to the tabs. When I returned 2 days later, one tank was topped off, the other at the tab. I took multiple pictures of my wheel pants and wrote up a claim. Nice lady at the desk told me that they had their own special Unicom frequency 121.95 (not listed in AirNav or their web site). Fuel price was outrageous at $5.66 and they charged me $20 ramp fee.. The Hertz bill worked out $20 more than the contract from the Internet booking (I'll take that up with Hertz). All in all, a very poor experience...Never again

  Hey Sky Harbor is the only place to go. I arrived 7:30PM and spent the next four hours trying to get my plane started. I had bad points and capacitors. I ran my battery down three times while connected to Sky Harbor's tug. I was given a place to stay while the battery was being charged, offered tools and a hand with a flashlight while working on the plane. At 12:30AM it finally started. The next two days were going to be icy and not really flyable. After their friendly, helpful assistance, a 21-hour day closed with my plane in its hangar and me at home.... Thanks guys.....

  Flew in from KCLW to take mom to Mayo Clinic, which is 5 mins from Craig. Called couple days ahead for rental. Rebecca took care of all arrangements for me. Taxied to ramp, rental was brought up next to plane, baggage was unloaded from plane and into car by ground crew. There was no waiting around and best of all, no issues. Next morning, got weathered in at the airport and could not depart. Opted to keep my rental and drive back to Clearwater. They allowed me to leave the plane there a second night and took care of all changes in rental car agreement. Again, no fuss, no waiting, no nothing! Came back next morning, plane was ready to go. Dropped off the keys and on my way I went. For those of you considering a visit to Craig, you should definitely use 'Sky Harbor'. The service is excellent! Their tie down fee, (waived if you purchase fuel), is less than the other FBO on the field. Plus, if you opt to fill your plane via self serve pump, the pump is close by. I highly recommend Sky Harbor.

  We have flown in and out of KCRG on occasional visits to the Jacksonville area for several years. This was my first visit to Sky Harbor and I found it a very nice experience. We were met by a very professional and friendly staff that brought some very welcome cold bottled water and our rental car right to the airplane and then helped us unload. Everything we needed was taken care of quickly, professionally and cheerfully. Although fuel was a little high, Sky Harbor waived the daily parking fee for our 5-day stay with a 20-gallon purchase. I will be back next time!

  Having never flown into Craig Field before, I called the night before and inquired about a tie down. When I landed the crewmember that directed my parking came up to the plane and called me by name. I felt so welcomed! The general manager, Rebecca Donovan was so thoughtful, helpful and caring. I will definitely look forward to coming again when I visit family. Thank you Sky Harbor for your expert, professional and warm service.   Flew in Friday to drop off my wife and a friend. Used their nice crew car to get my passengers to the beach and grab lunch (Al's pizza is the best pizza ever!). Purchased 30 gallons of 100LL at $5.39 (fuel prices need updating!). Returned today to pick up my wife and friend. Nice people, clean facility and great service here. I'll be back!
